Hotel Frank

I stayed here a few years ago and made a friend at reception called joanne dies this lady still work there as im over in sep and would love to meet up with her x

We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived at this beautiful hotel.
We had a lovely room with the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in when we are away from home!
The hotel is immaculate, the staff are constantly cleaning and on the go yet they have time to speak to you and make you feel part of their family, such a wonderful feeling when you are away from home.
Frank is the most wonderful host and now I feel friend, his wonderful daughters Sophia and Lara are so lovely and delightful to talk to, our waiter Mario was absolutely superb, friendly, kind, funny what a man, our waitress katarina looked after me so well every morning. I am gluten free and the hotel gave me made me feel so special I cannot thank then enough for the care they gave me.

We found out the last day before we were due to fly home that our flights had been cancelled and Frank and Sophia were fantastic, they could accommodate the extra days we needed to stay with ease and made a stressful situation much much easier to deal with and we cannot thank them enough for their kindness. We are so happy we found and stayed at this hotel and we cannot wait to come back and stay many more times in the years to come. We haven't even mentioned the food which was beautiful. This is a 5 star service hotel and the staff are the very best. Thank you again for all your kindness.

Really liked our stay here. Great location, close to the beach and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast options were really limited.

A superb experience.

The first thing to say is that the hotel is a genuine family run hotel. The service and warmth was the best we have experienced as a young family.

The pool and garden area are fantastic. The pool is a very good size for Lido di Jesolo. The location is also very good: a short minute walk to the main strip and/or the beach but quiet enough when you need it to be. Also, places such as Venice, Treviso and Vicenza are within easy reach, as are the hills towards the north.

We travelled as a family of three and the room was snug. But this is to be expected if a) you take into consideration the design/age of the building and b) holiday rooms in Italy in general. The rooms are meticulously clean and we had a great view towards the sea and down the Lido and, on a clear day, you could even see the mountains.

We went half-board: breakfast was a traditional Italian fare and the evening meal was always good, with refreshments very reasonably priced.

To summarise, the hotel is officially a 3 star, but the service is so superior to this. Great value for money.

this is a very nice hotel and i had lots of fun. While i think the room is a bit small and basic, there are many fun parts like the pool area and inflatables under the stairs for the beach. if you expect it being the best place ever, than you will be disappointed. although if you want a simple hotel to chill out, you will have a great time.

We had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Frank - the owner, Frank and all his staff welcomed us with open arms. The hotel rooms were spacious, the food was delicious and plentiful and the location was great. Bus service was local and regular and Lido is well placed for visiting Venice. We would certainly recommend the Hotel Frank.

If I could give it more stars, I would. Beautifully clean hotel and rooms. Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is delicious and traditional. Close enough to the main street and beach for easy access but far enough away to be quiet at night. Direct bus service to Venice for only 20 euros return (or 25 euros for a 'day rider' equivalent). I cannot recommend this hotel and resort enough, love it.

Staff are very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to meet dietary requirements. It was clear that all the food was fresh produce cooked that day. Our room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was clean and tidy. This hotel is perfect for a quiet break and the fact the hotel is small means you get to know the staff well and they get to know you. The hotel is a great location and is close to the beach.
