We stayed 4 nights in the month of August.. nice setting about a kilometer from the sea.. the garden and the swimming pool of the residence are well looked after while a little more maintenance should be done on the apartments which unfortunately leave something to be desired..

Apartments with potential but quite neglected, the cleanliness needs to be reviewed, the swimming pool is excellent and the location is excellent if walking to reach the sea is not a problem.

Even if a little far from the sea (which is absolutely not a problem if you love walking as in our case) the location is located in a pleasantly quiet area of LOANO. There are various accommodation arrangements in Villa Paola. Perhaps ours was a little small but it was our choice given the type of intended use. In any case, Mrs. Geraldina was very kind and super helpful towards us (including the dog) and we had a nice weekend. I want to thank you here publicly.

Very pretty holiday home with a magnificent, well-maintained park, magnificent plants and trees, a very pleasant shared swimming pool, well appointed with deckchairs and parasols. Please note, however, you are required to wear swimming caps. If you don't have one, reception sells them for 1.50 euros. Dog accepted, it’s great. The host is very available, very kind and speaks French very well. We stayed there for 3 days. We had an apartment on the ground floor with a terrace. Large enough for 2 adults and 3 children. The mattress in the parent bedroom is a little hard and there is a bunk bed but I found it not secure enough for the top, so one of my daughters slept in the extra bed under the sofa bed in the living room. Shower a little narrow. Well equipped apartment but for us French no bowls for breakfast. But for 3 days, we adapt. Apartment very well located in Loano, private parking. We had a really good time there and frankly even for 2 weeks we would go back. Cleaning included in the price, it's definitely worth it. Very good value for money. There is even a launderette.

Pros: transparency of costs, characteristics of the structure, kindness and availability, well-organised separate waste collection, beautiful garden.
Cons: finishing of the house, somewhat lacking cleanliness, access to parking.
Overall a good solution as a base for a mini-holiday in the surroundings of beautiful Loano.
Note: we stayed over New Year's Eve.

We wouldn't stay there again, unfortunately. Positive: nice pool and garden area, truly dog friendly, good parking facility. The appartements are simple, we liked it, but could use some maintenance here and there. Absolute no-go for us, noisy neighbors who kept us awake during the night. Traveling with kids, we would like to get some sleep during the night. For that reason we would never go back there.

Staff not too polite and in any case not always ready to solve any problems.
The accommodation ok, but no blinds in the room and too much light coming in early in the morning.

Nice place with an outdoor swimming pool and a green area with well-kept trees and palms, a leisure area for young and old, where they also find space for our four-legged friends with an area reserved for them. From the large structure, many apartments of various sizes and beds have been obtained, all equipped with their own bathrooms and kitchens and reserved parking spaces.It is a holiday place where you can find peace and tranquility to relax away from the chaos, but also a shuttle available to go to the partner beach if you don't want to walk.

Overall nice, but bad apartment.
There were 4 of us in a studio apartment.
A bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen.
The bathroom heater after a shower dropped the temperature and until the next morning we could not do any more !!

Wish i could give a 0 star review. The Apatment lacks the most basic things, such as cleaning, toilet door (It is full of fungus). The extra bed In the kitchen area is made with a wooden frame, that makes it uncomfortable for human use. Its like sleeping on a wooden raft.
The doubledoor to the balcony has lost it handle, so the local handyman has mounted a lock bolt used on rabbit cages.
We were 3 people staying at the apartment, but there were only 2 knives, and the general cleaning of the apartment/ kitchen is beyond laughable.
I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
