Amazing views. Good breakfast and very friendly service. Onsite parking. Very small tv, WiFi is OK
Be aware, we got stared down by the hotels cats, we had to feed them our food and they sneaked into our hotel room afterwards. 🤣

Overall this hotel is nice, but the room we had on the ground floor had a musty smell, in fact the wall of the room bordering the bathroom had ruined plaster, probably due to a water leak. In any case the location is good as it is located in front of the felonies. The lady who welcomed us at the reception was very nice, competent and kind

I travel with friends. Small hotel in a seafront location, the view of the Felloniche bay is definitely a spectacle. Large rooms, renovated but with small beds, equipped with minibar and medium-sized bathroom. During the stay there were problems with pressure so the water came out at times, it is advisable to choose rooms on the ground floor. Good breakfast and service managed by Ida who also takes care of the reception. Value for money in the Leuca area.

Excellent value for money!! Small hotel with few rooms which consequently cannot offer breakfasts with a huge choice, but the quality of Ada's breakfasts is excellent! Delicious food, homemade cakes by her.
Excellent room cleanliness, fantastic and super convenient hotel location. Our room was cramped, but a comfortable mattress and new materials. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and a special thank you to Ada, she was absolutely exceptional. Rooms are new and very clean. Finally a fully accessible room with a raised toilet and bars. Also a dryer to hang beach towels and costumes. Private parking. Delicious breakfast. Super close to the amazing beach the so called the Maldives of Apulia.

A very nice hotel with a great location and friendly staff. It has fresh fruits and juice every day, delicious bread and a beautiful sea view.

Very nicely located, tastefully decorated hotel. Rooms are spacious and many have sea views. Lovingly prepared breakfast with homemade cakes. Very good wine from the owner's own production. Great breakfast room with a view of the sea and the sound of the sea. Very friendly and attentive staff. Recommended!

A very pretty hotel which delighted us for the night. Sea view, small access to the water just opposite, with an additional swimming pool, we found the place very good. The parking lot is a plus even if I think that in high season it must be full very quickly and we are in the blue zone.
The room includes the essentials with TV and fridge.
The room opened onto a small terrace with a dryer and deckchair.
We particularly appreciated that the manager spoke French.
Very good breakfast with fresh, sweet and savory orange juice. My only little regret, no hot chocolate in the morning…
In any case, we didn’t miss anything!

Contact the property directly via Google, the owner was very kind and helpful. Parking at the back of the hotel for two motorbikes under a covered roof but in this period the area is very quiet. Seafront property, new and spotless rooms. New and clean bathroom. Abundant breakfast with sweet and savory options also outdoors. Recommended dinner restaurant with quality products. Definitely worth returning and recommending. A stone's throw from Santa Maria di Leuca.

Fantastic staff Giovanni impeccable head nurse I dare to say, he knows how to make a customer feel good. very nice hotel very hospitable young company guys. Excellent breakfasts and Ada very kind and nice. Beautiful place I will definitely be back
