I lived in this Hotel and it was disgusting. The personnel are very rude. I left my bag in room and the personnel stole my Dyson hairdryer and hair straighter for 1000 $. We talked with administrator of hotel and she didn’t help nothing just told that it’s my fault. She was not competent. I not recommend this hotel. Extremely bad. Thieves and deceivers there

Very good cleaning
Strategic place due to its proximity to a splendid park and the sea; but for the evening it is necessary to move to Viareggio 1km.
Comfortable and pleasant the swimming pool on the top floor from which you can enjoy a splendid view both towards the sea and towards the mountains and the adjacent terrace where we were offered an aperitif every evening.
The menu is good, varied and abundant.
Staff always very present, never invasive, friendly and also available for extra requests.

On the way from La Spezia to Florence, we decided to stay on the coast, we stopped in a small town
The hotel turned out to be very pleasant (a bit tired), but we liked everything, 7 minutes from the sea, but we must take into account that all beaches are paid, (the city beach is 2 kilometers away)
the beach is excellent, wide sandy.
Be sure to take breakfast at the hotel, it's very tasty 😋 straight 10 out of 10
Parking on the street, although if, on request, it seems possible on the territory, but you don't have to bathe, there is always a place on the street

The structure itself is perhaps a little too much left to itself, it would require maintenance actions both from the outside and from the inside. Our room had very old and peeling furniture.
The 4 stars instead go to the cleaning of the rooms, very careful and meticulous, and to all the staff, really very kind and friendly

Traditional Italian family hotel. The hotel is run by a friendly Italian family. The patri familias will cook ypur eggs in the morning. Excellent location near the beach. Rooftop pool with excellent view on mountains and sea. With hotel rental bikes the area, beach and restaurant area can easily be covered. Especially for evenings it is nice to take the bikes to vist the villages, terraces and restaurants around the beach area. This way you can try different restaurants without being bothered with traffic or parking problems.
