Warm welcome from reception team. Beautiful room with a huge balcony and a sea view. Spotlessly clean and plenty of towels and toiletries. Restaurant for breakfast was big bright and well manned. Loads of different choices of foods to eat, so no excuse not to eat and be happy. Restaurant also open for evening meals. Bar area is great and table service if required. Two pools (one kids pool) not in use at time of stay but being prepared. 1 min trot over the road to a fantastic beach and 10 mins drive to a wonderful supermarket (conad) and Macdonald's. The whole experience from the moment we walked in and during our stay to even getting an early call on day we left, we were looked after and made to feel safe and comfortable and very very happy. Well done to everyone who were there to help us feel welcomed. Ample parking on site. Highly recommend this hotel.

During our staying the hotel pool was under construction which was a bit of a shame as it was this was not listed on their site or profile. Additionally the breakfast was a bit lacking too especially if you are vegetarian.
Other then that, the hotel staff have been amazing, helpful and always welcome you with a warm smile.

Prices here are over the top. Service not so much. Perfect business location-for the dogs. There is no private beach as advertised, the advertised sea view is about 3cm in square.

Rooms have been clean; beds are very comfortable; size of Deluxe room is good; the view from the terrace was great; breakfast for us was great (we prefer continental breakfast (good coffee; tasty cakes); Our room was really quiet; spacious seating area inside and outside; good bar; The staff was very friendly and helpful

Hotel is advertised as having a private beach and a restaurant. We booked rooms months ago. We arrive today and the restaurant is booked full and the beach tents are fully booked.
Here’s what “private beach” means. It means there are rentable tents across the street owned by another company, and at 10 of these these tents, hotel guests can get a 5€ discount off a 55€ tent charge. That’s it.
However, the staff were friendly and helpful and the drinks reasonable priced. The rooms were fine.

Great hotel. We visited in April when lots of places where you can eat nearby are closed. Would be better to visit when these are open. To travel to the hotel is cheaper and easier by hire car than public transport.

Nice decorated rooms, Breakfast ok, Buffet in the evening. Beautiful terrace, the beach only a few minutes walk. Heated Hotel Pool in the outdoor area, but only seasonally open.

In the room there was nothing to suspend. Everything was very clean. The facilities made a good impression. The staff speaks English, is very friendly and attentive. Wi-Fi and Parking is free of charge. There were during our stay no complaints.

A myth, number 1 for courtesy, kindness and affability. An honor to have known the Best Carlo. It has been a problem solver for our every need. Thanks to him, minor deficiencies of this wonderful hotel are forget. Bravo also to the director that he has remedied the problem of a neighbor's noisy cambiandoci the room. Good staff...but...the number 1 is our Charles, While UNIQUE AND INIMITABLE!!!!
