Expensive without heating and unwelcoming
Rude and pedantic reception lady not at all helpful. We froze to death
Slept with a duvet and hat and for 1 night paid more than 400 euros without breakfast

Rooms ok but forget the welcome and friendliness typical of a tourist hotel we are below zero and for the negative reviews I don't enjoy writing them but when one refers in particular to respectable Neapolitans like me I am happy to do so because as soon as I arrived I immediately noticed the air of rudeness and lack of sympathy and friendliness from the girl who owns the hotel who didn't even show a fake smile (she would be the future secretary) I was told to leave the room keys at the reception when leaving the room (even without receptionist) on the windowsill in sight, I would have liked to keep them with me out of habit and without any offense towards the hotel staff, given that I would have left a valuable watch in the room and a work PC that does not fit in the safe (out of habit wherever I am even in the safest place in the world I always carry my room keys with me), but instead I was told by the girl in a rather rude tone that no one steals and that we are not in Naples, the usual ignorant joke towards respectable people who come to ski (she knew very well that I was from Naples) I was a little offended because the reference to the Neapolitans was clear, I understood that the young lady doesn't want Neapolitans, as if only in Naples do people steal, it's a shame that two valuable Mountain Bikes were stolen from me in Monza where I live, and what's more they were also trying to enter the apartment. So be sure that in Trentino if you leave a Rolex in your room, you can leave the keys at the reception as no one steals them, if you are Neapolitan, breathe, you are in Trentino! As for the mother, always with a smile but never a chat, while the father is all in one piece and doesn't show emotions like his daughter, but never a chat and a kind welcoming smile!
