I’ve never encountered such an unprofessional hotel when it comes to booking. I had a discount related to a wedding and wanted to reserve a room with the discount applied. I had to call FIVE times, plus countless emails where I practically had to beg for a response. Twice, they told me they would reply to my email immediately, but of course, they didn’t, so I had to call again. In the end, they quoted me a higher price than what was listed on their website. I asked them to apply the discount to their official rate, and they told me it wasn’t possible because the website price was already discounted. Embarrassing.

Air conditioning is minimal and room temperature is very hot. It is not possible to cool the room down. This makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. Pillows are hard and lumpy! Breakfast area has a very small selection of food and many wasps flying around which makes it most unpleasant! Avoid this place!

Really nice place to stay ! Rooms are decent in size and very bright with big windows and a balcony to enjoy nice views. Staff is friendly and feels more like a funny and warm family. Special bonus for pools, tennis courts and gym available for guests;)

Temperature in the rooms was 28 degrees Celsius and the hotel had purposely disabled the air conditioning. When I complained, they made the excuse that they couldn’t switch it on. They were unwilling to do anything about it. I would strongly advise to avoid this hotel!
