We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The Spa was absolutely fabulous, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast, varied and with special touches!
We may have received an upgrade to room on the 4th floor, which had a stunning view. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it's starting to show some signs of wear and tear. However, these minor issues didn't detract from our overall experience.
We enjoyed the spa from when we arrived and all of the following day. There is no real "pool" but more of a long jacuzzi bath which we enjoyed. There are lots of relaxation areas and rooms, various zen spaces, a face gym and different types of sauna and hamman, hot pools and refreshing showers.
We enjoyed a game of chess in the lounge area on our return from dinner and were pleasantly suprised to have the offer of a "digestive". There was also tea and coffee and meringues on the bar!
The only real downside was the heat in the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if the hotel could provide fans for guests to help with this. Especially as with teh window open the noise from the road was disturbing.
We are very glad we chose to visit and are already looking forward to coming back in the future.

My husband and I were very excited to come for a massage after a lot of hiking. It was a hot July day and the hotel had no fans or AC and the massage area felt suffocatingly hot. Further, the staff did not seem to care or take any steps to make us more comfortable. We ended up just canceling the massages but a real disappointment after trekking out to QC Monte Bianco from Courmayeur.

Disappointing.
We had high expectations and they were not met. As others have indicated, rooms are dated but that in itself isn't a major problem.
From the time we pulled up to the car park entrance, we found the staff to be grumpy and not at all welcoming or pleasant.
There is no aircon in the rooms and so we had to open the windows to regulate the temperature. Normally this wouldn't be a problem in a nice mountain environment with clean fresh air, but we were surrounded on all sides by chain smokers so our choice was to choke on cigarette fumes or an uncomfortably stuffy room. The driveway next to our window and the close proximity of the highway didn't help either, as there is constant traffic noise.

Staff was particularly unfriendly, never smiled, unwelcoming. The breakfast staff is terrible; service awful. The overnight older gentleman is the only helpful person among the hotel. Everyone working at the hotel seems quite miserable in general, very negative energy. Room is much too hot, no A/C, and when opening the window, it is much too loud because of the sound from the highway. Overall, quite disappointing. Service and attitude here is a disaster.

Rooms are just ok: very comfy but a bit old, heating cannot be controlled (ours was too cold) and they do not even offer a bottle of water for free. Also, they charge +60€ for a romantic room (vs classic) which includes a tiny view to the mountain (and the parking road), some hand creams kit and 4 nespreso capsules: definitely not worth to pay the extra. And if you go on a weekend the room price is just twice that of a week day. Spa is nice overall but half the saunas do not work properly. The pools are very nice. The restaurant is amazingly good, a bit overpriced though. We had a nice stay but for the high price we paid, we expected it better.

Great price for the quality of the food. Incredible atmosphere. Lovely staff. Really a treat when you want to celebrate something special or just feel like pampering yourself. Could not recommend this enough.

Rooms are a little on the small side for a 4 star hotel. We booked the Romance package which was supposed to hove a personalized welcome package and satin sheets. We got neither. The service was great, food mediocre, but the spa, baths, grounds, massages were exceptional. We were allowed to use the spa after check out which we did and really added to the experience. Definitely recommend!

Amazing spa hotel!
A dream vacation for rest, with terme pools, sauna, rest and relaxation rooms.
The breakfast is very good, but the evening restaurant does not meet the expectations.. we took 2 different dishes and both of them were very salty...

This is a review for a SPA, not a hotel or restaurant.
First, I have to say the facilities were nice and the selection of pools and spa options were great. You get number of stations (some were broken, though) with Japanese bath, jacuzzi, hot-cold walking pool and number of saunas (Hamman, Finish, Bio, Salt Room, etc). Overall, you can get what you want or need. However, there is a small problem with management. Or, maybe there was no supervisor when we visited the place on Monday. Staff at the reception was disorganized. Refreshment bar was a joke (warm tap water, no tea, no snacks, nothing). For the money you pay this is unacceptable! I feel disappointed and not as refreshed as I hope to be after the visit to QC Terme. Probably, will avoid it in the future.
