Unwelcoming and poorly functioning services. – The image shows a super modern, high-tech, high-end, cash-free campsite. First of all, let’s talk about it: cash-free systems are illegal in Italy. This caused us significant inconveniences and frustrations that made our experience quite unpleasant. The gates never opened with the pass they gave us; we always had to call reception, and sometimes the staff even seemed annoyed by the disturbance! The towels on the bed when we arrived were dirty, and the toilet flushes didn’t work properly. I would cut this structure’s rating in half.

This is not a friendly place, looks like they don't want guests to have holiday there. No entertainment at all. The only good thing is the restaurant.

I visited friends staying at this camping site. my friends had booked several cabins + restaurant for dinner ( a group of 37 people!) and umbrellas and sun chairs for the beach. On Saturday 15/6 I was near umbrella n.30 and a syringe needle pierced my foot. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE ON A PRIVATE BEACH??? The manager (Elisa) told me, I could call a doctor if I wanted and never offered A true apology. The manager also added that “It can happen, and during her 20 years employment she has witnessed another staff who got injured too”. I will NEVER go back there and suggest you to avoid it or wear protective gear, because like the manager says “it can happen”‍♂️. To protect other patrons and kids playing nearby I threw the needle over the fence but the manager took it so I don’t have a photo. This camping is Totally unsafe. As I return to Sydney I will have to get blood test and follow this up. Ps: we stayed for dinner and the food is average, limited and very pricy.

Too expensive! We stayed there for 4 nights with our camper van. Immediately after arriving we wanted to change pitches. But that wasn't possible because the other pitch was supposedly reserved. After the new neighbors arrived it turned out that the pitch wasn't reserved at all. Great service! We were constantly told to only push the scooter we had brought with us on the campsite! At the same time, employees were constantly driving back and forth in front of our camper van. The showers were cold, except for one. The waste water was in the dishwashing area and in front of the washing machines and stank horribly. Drinking water was available from pay-for taps. At €72.00 for the pitch I simply expect more!
