Hotel Rosalpina

My partner and I stayed in January for 3 nights, the rooms were meticulously clean, the hotel was warm and made you feel at home, they pampered us with excellent breakfasts and all sorts of goodies, a spacious room with a fireplace always lit, a bar open until late with excellent beers, open kitchen for dinner which I highly recommend trying and with unbeatable prices, every dish taken was a delight 😋 the desserts are buffet style 🤩. There is a sauna with a Turkish bath and a whirlpool for those who want to pamper themselves a little. On the second day, unfortunately, we had a small problem with my partner's car: with the intense cold of the night, unfortunately Dario no longer left, with his kindness he called us a mechanic and in the afternoon they even lent us their car to get to a distributor nearby after having resolved the inconvenience, today we don't know how to thank you, thank you very much, staff who really give everything to make their customers feel good by working with passion and dedication, they are animal lovers and there is the possibility of bringing your dog. An unexpectedly magical place! Mr. Dario and his staff, very kind and friendly. Excellent breakfast, very varied, sweet and savory, excellent dinner, we tasted many typical local dishes. Everyone very kind. I would go back tomorrow too!!! THANK YOU, we had a really good time!

We were happy with everything, good value for money. In the rooms there was everything we needed. We had a good dinner and the breakfast was plentiful and varied.

I would have preferred to find the rooms a little warmer but it was a little chilly.

We had a great time. We stayed twice this winter, one weekend with my husband and I and after three weeks another weekend with our son. The breakfast is plentiful and the dinner excellent. The owner and all the staff are very kind. The location is excellent because in 5 minutes you can reach Malga Ciapela.

Great conditions during 7 days skiing in Dolomites. Accomodation was great, very good location . Hotel staff were willing and very kind. Especially big thanks for Dario, it was fantastic week. See you next winter season :-) Grazie !!! :-D

Strategic position for excursions on the Marmolada and the other Dolomite peaks, theater of the great war. Beautiful rooms and excellent cuisine, plus free whirlpool and sauna. 4-legged friends are accepted. The real plus are the advice for excursions and availability even on the phone if you take poorly marked paths and do not have a serious map 😃

A very beautiful structure, typical of the dolomites framed in the peaceful mountain landscape between steep slopes and streams, isolated in the tranquility of the mountains and nature and at the same time, close to many attractions and routes just a few minutes by car (near the cable car that takes you to the Marmolada and many other paths for walking and trekking of different levels).

Strategic place near a small village called Sottoguda that is truly characteristic (one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy") absolutely to visit because it is very special.

The hotel is very picturesque inside, there are antiques from the great war, stuffed animals (they are ugly as a concept but common in the mountains) and a furniture typical of the dolomites area.

The hotel has no lift, but it has a nice large dining room and the rooms are really very nice, comfortable (they even have a sofa inside) and with a balcony overlooking the mountains.

There is also a bar room with excellent grappas and a lounge with many table games, cards and more, in which to play and socialize with the other guests of the hotel.

You eat VERY WELL: there are many dishes, menus also for vegans / vegetarians with only vegetable options and all dishes are freshly made and homemade with love.

The rooms are clean, always well cared for and you can bring your 4-legged friends without a supplement. The hotel is very pet friendly! The owners have a beautiful Czechoslovakian wolf and a calicot cat that also goes on a leash! They are very attentive to the needs of those who have animals and always very helpful and understanding.
There is also a very nice spa downstairs with a whirlpool, sauna, and steam room.
Very simple, essential but enough for a post-excursion relaxation.

The atmosphere that reigns is of FAMILY: Dario the owner is an exquisite person, always available and ready to provide advice and help for planning excursions. He knows everything about the area and his advice has always given us wonderful experiences.
The staff is also really cute: everyone is always kind, helpful, smiling and super welcoming.

I highly recommend it to families, couples and solo travelers as the atmosphere that is created even among the guests is very warm and familiar, they are often all friends and have known each other for years because they are used to it, and you can make many new friends. and knowledge.

We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this property for a week with an 11 month old baby and we had a great time. The owner is kind and helpful because he made available a cot and a room without carpet for the baby and the refrigerator to keep the baby's food. The wait staff is attentive, discreet, helpful, not to mention the excellent cleaning of the rooms. Good quality food, superb garden grilling and grilling in the sun at high temperatures is not easy, but Mr. Dario did it. Positive experience, to recommend and return.

A quiet and relaxing place. The owner and the staff go out of their way to please customers. Extremely quick, efficient and friendly. Comfortable rooms, nothing is missing, perfect bathroom. Each room has its own balcony with chairs and the possibility of spreading swimsuits or wet things.
