Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stays. The location was excellent as was the pool and bar and restaurant but the most special was the attention and friendliness of the staff.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The rooms are nice and the grounds are beautiful and serene. Most of all, the staff is amazing! Friendly and welcoming upon my first step on to the premises. I am riding my bicycle through Cambodia. Without asking, the host put me on the first floor so it would be easy for me to handle the bicycle. I was planning to stay one or two nights, but due to an illness, I had to stay longer. Staff showed genuine concern and kindness. This was very comforting, and especially being alone and so far from home. They went above and beyond to help me feel better. I cannot thank them enough. I definitely recommend you stay here and experience the nice rooms and grounds and the lovely people working here.

Do NOT use the atm outside of this hotel. It gave me a counterfeit $100 US bill. This atm appears on my statement as Pippali Hotel, though the atm itself is associated with Acleda Bank. Beware, this is going on around Kampot as I have heard from my hotel (a different hotel).

The place was lovely and the staff amazingly friendly. The staff was exceptionally helpful at helping us get around the area and spoke good English. They have a big pool that is quite warm and the beds are quite comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious and the water pressure was great. The breakfast was also delicious! They are located right beside the river side boardwalk and it is a quick 15 minute walk to the heart of Kampot. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!!!

Pippali Hotel remains my favorite stay in Kampot, thanks to its stunning swimming pool, convenient parking, and prime riverside location. The beds, although a bit hard, become a minor concern in light of the picturesque surroundings. The recent addition of a nearby restaurant brings liveliness to the area but comes with the trade-off of potential nighttime music. It's worth noting if you prefer a quieter stay.
While the on-site food is slightly pricier than alternatives outside, the friendly staff and overall ambiance compensate for the cost. The accommodating service and prime location make Pippali Hotel a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay with a view in Kampot.

It's a very nice hotel with excellent staff. The morning manager Courtney was always asking if everything was okay and very informative about the area. Any issues we had were handled immediately.
Our room was serviced every day with fresh towels and linen. The pool is completely shaded, so the temperature is a bit cooler than I was expecting. The restaurant has a decent selection, and it's not far from a variety of other places you can eat. It's located right across the road from the river for beautiful sunsets.

My partner and I stayed here for a week while dealing with some Visa issues during a longer travel. The rooms were loverly! Coming from the islands it was amazing to have some luxurious beds and air conned rooms!
The place has a really nice vibe all around. Food was good and drinks are reasonable. You are a really short walk from everything as well so absolutely recommend it.
Also we need to thank their staff member Straymom (I hope we spelled that right!) She was fantastic the entire time. Very helpful, very easy to chat to and just a great person! She deserves a promotion!
The only draw back is the night club nearby on Saturday is incredibly loud till about 3am (hence 3 star location). Our advice would be either avoid Saturday stays or go join the party!

Good location in Kampot, really nice pool. Super friendly english speaking staff. Only disadvantage is the really loud market on the outside.

Loved my stay at Pippali. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable and they have a salt water pool for swimming or lounging out. The location is great. Just off the river walk where at night there will be loads of street vendors selling food, snacks, and other goods. And it is within walking distance of the center of town. The food is also good. I ate the breakfast every day. And maybe best of all is that the staff are so warm, nice, and accommodating. I definitely recommend Pippali if you're staying in Kampot.

I recommend this beautiful place and the good price with very good service to all customers. The owner of this place is very friendly. I have been here for a team building and they help us a lot in gathering and engagement and everything we need.
