Even nice breakfast coffee cannot compensate for that repulsive stinking water in the shower. This place could be so good! Alas!
The location, the building, the rooms are all beautiful. The balcony is beautiful too. If one had clean water, if would have been a nice place to enjoy a cup of tea in the morning. Good breakfast buffet for 10€.
HOWEVER:
The shower water stinks like sewage. Like rotten eggs. Like sulphur.
The fridge smelled too. Possibly of smoked fish or smoked meat.
The bathroom was not very clean, with brown water buildup between the tiles and in the corners.
We had an unpleasant 15€ charge incident which did get resolved as a misunderstanding (therefore I am not making this a 1* review).
FINALlY — The cocktails are dreadful! Genuinely remarkably dreadful! | had a 12€ ginger cocktail, which had only the faintest whiff of ginger and was so heavily diluted with water it tasted like something one may concussion at the end of a very drunken student party. Mine went down the toilet.
AND — They do not respond to any communication.

Does not respond to any communication for days and days. Very unprofessional. Avoid. Plenty of other options.

We just called in for a coffee and cold drink. Beautiful building, good outside seating and very very polite staff. Today they were all young guys and they were a credit to the hotel. All smiles and politeness!

Great place to spend some time and relax in Curonian Spit. Very tasty breakfast!

Hotel itself not so bad but has carpets on the floor. Because of it has very bad air to breeze. Beware people with difficulties.

We stayed here off season, but the stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast menu is also a highlight here, great omelettes.
