We stayed in the ship on this campground, which is a little more expensive than the other options, but totally worth it! Comfortable, cute, and functional at the same time. But the whole campground is excellent. The staff is super nice and helpful if you ever want any suggestions on what to do or have any questions. The campground is right at the beach and we really enjoyed the great atmosphere. The food in the pub is also really good. most people come by car but we came with the bus and that was also super easy. There's a little supermarket 10 mins walk distance that is well stocked for snacks, bbq things, sunscreen and anything else one might need for camping. If you are looking for a relaxed and fun stay in Latvia, we absolutely recommend this campground!

Wonderful beach, very nice and friendly place. We stayed 4 nights in a barrel Nr. 9. direct at the beach. Very quiet place. You only can hear the waves and the wind. Good place for families and also elderly people, but not for handicaped. We loved it there. The food in the pub was good. You can order vegetarian food, but no vegan.
The hot showers are good (own bathroom) and the toilettes are cleaned every our in daytime. Only on open kitchen is missing. You can rent a barbeque and wood. A water-heater is at the reception. The staff is relaxed and always friendly.

There is amazing camping located by the sea. You can set up a tent and see and hear sea. When we were here there was not so busy, so everyone had a lot of privat space. Stuff is very kind and helpful. But I have give a minus. Hot water is additional paid and toilets are not so cosy and new (but clean).

I’ve been on the camping ground for one night. Everything what you need is there. A nice small restaurant with great food and great beer as well an awesome sunset

Awesome camping! Magical place! Beautiful nature! Lovely barrels, houses, boats for an overnight stay. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can hire for a small amount of € everything for grill, sup paddle boards, kayak boats, bicycles. The environment is green, clean and spacious for a long evening walks. The restaurant is quite nice and the food is delicious. The most romantic bonfire by the sea. Highly recommended!

In general this is a great place, especially for families with kids and dogs. Great location, sea is just in front of you, toilets clean.
What you may want to know:
- showers with hot water will cost 3€/visit
- one of the places to stay- ship Wilhelm- is not worth money they ask for a night. I recommend to take a look in it before renting.
- meal in the restaurant is quite good, but the service is very poor. Be ready for looooong waiting there even if you are the only visitors there.

Beautiful Location, friendly staff. Kids loved the Mini Zoo! Reasonalble price. Plenty of things to rent. Sanitary Installations could be improved however.

Very beautiful place a few meters from the sea! Variety of accommodation options. Suitable for lovers of a relaxing holiday. But lovers of outdoor activities will also be pleased. The campsite offers a variety of activities. You can enjoy delicious food on site at a reasonable price. In relative proximity to the campsite there are many attractions and simply interesting and beautiful places. The hosts are very kind and will try to help you in everything. Companies, families with children and pets can also come here.
