Bayview Hotel Langkawi

the hotel has nice lobby.. fast check in and check out... however it only has 3 lifts and each lift can only fit maybe 6 people in one go... so waiting for lift can take longggg time especially when the hotel has higher occupancy.. the room just okay.. not much to wow about and gym equipment can be added more since the gym room are quite spacious .

Customer service very good, room are big and spacious only TV is a bit small. Breakfast are ok but can have more variety. The gym equipment needs to be improved as some are out of order. Overall, we enjoy our stay here.

I highly recommend Bayview Hotel in Langkawi.

This is my third stay here, and the hotel consistently provides a great experience. It is clean, reasonably priced, and ideally located. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast offers a nice mix of both local and international options. Guests in premium and executive suites have access to the ‘High Tea’ lounge, where complimentary light snacks, tea, coffee, and local drinks are served from 5–7 PM.

Additionally, the hotel has a tour desk that assists with trip bookings and car rentals, making it easy to explore the island.

Good stay reception staffs all friendly

The hotel rooms have a stunning view and excellent service from the hotel staff.

We had misplaced our Cash wallet in the hotel and the staff was very cooperative in helping us search and prompt with response on the CCTV footage.

The food portion size is also satisfactory.

All in all would recommend 10/10.

It was my first time here, and I came with my husband for our 🍯🌙. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, such a beautiful scenery, I loved it so much. The toiletries and amenities were all complete and well-prepared. Although we had a minor issue with the AC leaking, the staff responded immediately and moved us to another room. The customer service was excellent. I truly loved everything about this place!

Just returned from a fantastic getaway at the Bayview Langkawi Hotel, and I couldn't wait to share my experience! This hotel truly has it all – a refreshing pool perfect for soaking up the Malaysian sun, a well-equipped gym for staying active, and a tempting spa for ultimate relaxation.
What truly stood out, however, was exceptional hospitality. A special thank you must go to Asrul, a true gentleman who looked after our accommodation with such care. He even went the extra mile to ensure we could check in before the scheduled time – a gesture that was so appreciated after our journey. Thank you so much, Mr. Asrul!
Beyond Asrul's kindness, the entire team made us feel welcome. The staff at the restaurants were also incredibly nice and attentive, making every dining experience a pleasure. It's clear that the team at Bayview Langkawi Hotel genuinely cares about their guests.
If you're planning a trip to Langkawi, I wholeheartedly recommend considering the Bayview Hotel. With its excellent facilities and incredibly caring staff, you're sure to have a memorable stay. I certainly did!

Stayed here during ramadhan, had iftar there, food was delicious.

Check-in process quite taking time almost about 30 minutes.

Amenities - extra pillow provided, welcome tv screen with guest name. Only the bad part was iron not functioning!
