Firstly, 5/5 for the customer service and hospitality of the staff. The only place I felt really welcomed in Nepal. The location is also great, easily accessible and great views.

The rooms are a bit old, bed felt a bit stiff but everything was clean so not too bad. Still 4-4.5/5

The food was not up to par for me personally, maybe like a 2/5. I think the chef are good, the ingredients just not very high quality I would say - average not premium as I would expect premium quality for the price.

The pool is okay-ish, water was kinda freezing but I guess it’s just the weather - we went in August (monsoon time). Jacuzzi was not too warm, only lukewarm and smelly but maybe we were the last people there (we went after 6pm). Recommend going early 😂. The view from pool and jacuzzi is amazing though- best part for me.

Overall, still high rating because I loved the hospitality. They can do better with food ingredients quality and replacing room amenities.

This place is only about an hour away from Kathmandu. The roads are fairly easy and as long as you know how to drive there shouldn’t be an issue.

The rooms are spacious and have AC. The showers are extremely clean and have good pressure and they also pro like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, air, conditioner, hairdryer, they also provide a laundry service that will give you your laundry the next day.

The pool is extremely cold and refreshing, though the hot tub never gets too hot.

The food is absolutely amazing and I had some of the best biryani I’ve ever had in my life there.

Good hotel at the top of a hill with a good view of the Himalayas (when the weather is good and not rainy). The buffet dinner and breakfast that is complimentary with the room booking is fabulous and great. Rooms are great as well. Make sure you book at least a week in advance if you are coming to this place in the weekend.

It would have been a 5/5 experience but the bill at the end didn't come up as negotiated earlier. So deducting one star for it.

Gym is needed in the Hotel it lacks Gym.

Overall Experience:

Very quiet and peaceful place. Clean and cool mountain air. Nice resort and friendly staff. Excellent property.

It is one of those nice hilly spots which remind us of our childhood memories of the hill school we studied in or one we visited to see a friend or a cousin. The resort looks very stylish, nicely decorated with artifacts and many different flowers. They have a good variety of stuff in the gift shop. Restaurant offers Indian, Nepali and Chinese food. The Bar offers variety of drinks. If you are a poet or a writer, this can be your ideal place for writing the best one. This place can also be chosen for a romantic holiday or just a quick werkend getaway.
