Spent a day in the mountains of Kakmandu Nagaret! The hotel is very beautiful, cozy and interestingly built, it is very pleasant to walk around it. Very beautiful views on both sides. There is a platform for meeting sunrises and seeing off sunsets; very tasty but cooked in the restaurant! We liked it there!

i love atmosphere in this resort: fresh air, clean...and cool. we came in summer so the sky was changing drastically by hours but we are still lucky can see snow mountains on first day. On 2nd day, it s foggy cannot see anything but it s great experience to see how ocean of clouds flying in front of us.

Food is ok but a bit higher than outside. Service is good, staffs are trained, they understand customer's needs and well supports

The luckiest thing this time was that we saw the snow-capped mountains during the rainy season. The overall environment of the hotel's public areas was very good, with many South Asian plants and flowers that were particularly beautiful. The service of the staff in various positions was also very good. The breakfast and the room were very average. The room was very old, and the sleeping room had two beds put together. Fortunately, there was a balcony, and you could see the snow-capped mountains when you opened it. However, because it was at the top of the mountain, there were also many mosquitoes and birds. The worst thing was that the soundproofing was very poor. The local Nepalese people in the next room should have come for vacation on the weekend and had a party in the room. It was very noisy and it was noisy until after one o'clock. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I complained to the front desk. The front desk stopped them within about 2 minutes. The service was really good. My friend and I were watching the snow-capped mountains on the rooftop observation deck, and the staff also brought us free drinks.

All time good experiences

I stayed here on short notice because it was easy to get to from Kathmandu and had a view of the Himalayas. I went directly from the airport, but I recommend using the Indrive app, which is cheaper than the prepaid taxis at the airport. I'm writing this review while sightseeing in Kathmandu, but Kathmandu is so crowded that I wish I had stayed in Nagarkot for another night. It was such a nice hotel that I wish I had stayed another night. Both the sunset and sunrise in the evening were wonderful! I'd like to stay here again someday!

Every single employee loves their hotel so much and is genuine towards their guests.

Firstly, 5/5 for the customer service and hospitality of the staff. The only place I felt really welcomed in Nepal. The location is also great, easily accessible and great views.

The rooms are a bit old, bed felt a bit stiff but everything was clean so not too bad. Still 4-4.5/5

The food was not up to par for me personally, maybe like a 2/5. I think the chef are good, the ingredients just not very high quality I would say - average not premium as I would expect premium quality for the price.

Cocktails were amazing!!

The pool is okay-ish, water was kinda freezing but I guess it’s just the weather - we went in August (monsoon time). Jacuzzi was not too warm, only lukewarm and smelly but maybe we were the last people there (we went after 6pm). Recommend going early 😂. The view from pool and jacuzzi is amazing though- best part for me.

Overall, still high rating because I loved the hospitality. They can do better with food ingredients quality and replacing room amenities.

This place is only about an hour away from Kathmandu. The roads are fairly easy and as long as you know how to drive there shouldn’t be an issue.

The rooms are spacious and have AC. The showers are extremely clean and have good pressure and they also pro like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, air, conditioner, hairdryer, they also provide a laundry service that will give you your laundry the next day.

The pool is extremely cold and refreshing, though the hot tub never gets too hot.

The food is absolutely amazing and I had some of the best biryani I’ve ever had in my life there.
