Radisson Blu Hotel Sohar

This was such an awesome experience. The hotel is beautiful- sea view and lovely swimming pool. The chef and his team did a beautiful job. I have never had a buffet SO tastefully done. The taste of the food was REALLY extraordinary. Every evening had another theme. Tuesday evening was Thai-food … there was Tom Yum soup…spring rolls and seafood.
For a small town like this …. I didn’t expect TOO much of a massage- BUT I’ve under estimated them. I had THE BEST massage EVER …. This being said from someone who had spa-days from across the globe ….
I would recommend this Hotel to anyone for an overnight on your way to MUSCAT….or even a break away weekend

Food at the restaurant are great. Especially the meat (beef tenderloin is a must-try!) Sweets are tasty and cuisine are perfect for all kinds of people. Hope all the crew are like Shahadat, always smiling, very entertaining and has pleasing personality.

The View and location of the hotel is lovely. The staff is very helpful , friendly and impromptu. Smooth check-in check out thanks to Mr. Azaaz. Great breakfast spread , impeccable service. Special mention to Sameh from the pool bar for his kindness and out of the way timely service. I would just like to make a suggestion to have fans installed at the pool bar or buffet section outside especially in this heat.. it was too difficult to see them working hard and running around in such summer heat. Rest was great..Will keep visiting. Thanks

Everything was amazing the rooms, the swimming pools and the water park, the room view, the breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our visit, and my kids loved the place they didn't want to leave the hotel.
The location is amazing.
Only if they keep smart TV in the room it will be perfect

All excellent rooms with great view especially business rooms on the 4th floor. Room service is also great, for business they give you snacks and drinks on the same day after you get in the room. Only lacking is the pool, the depth can only reach 5 feet not much for serious swimming but since this pool is mostly used for fun and parties, I can only say it is good just for fun and less for serious and intense swimming.

Enjoyed my stay here, room was very spacious and clean. Lovely view from the hotel room and staff were friendly. Only qualm so far was the passports being left on the side and being told we would be called when ready to check in.. Seems they forgot so I had to go up myself. Other than that, a nice pleasant experience!

Had a great experience during my stay, the staff was very helpful from the time of reservation, Ms. Ima in the reservations displayed a great deal of professionalism in handling the task. Front office team has done a great job, Mr. Azaz Shaikh responded to my concern in a swift and efficient manner. The place was awesome, the view from view the balcony was amazing.

On the downside, the finishing on the shower room and the glass door especially that part near the flooring needs deep cleaning as dirt has hardened already. As a 5* it should be spotless clean.

The restaurant in the morning was busy and there were only 2 service staff struggling to clear the tables and accommodate guests' requests. Can add more orange squeezer as i have seen guests are waiting if it is occupied, and some guests just gave up the desire to do so. The food was very good and have a lot of varieties.

Overall i enjoyed the stay and definitely will be back again once the opportunity arises.

Very good customer service,the restaurant staff was pretty much on time with everything from menus to food preparations. The food was fresh and tasty. We had a great time. Thanks to ZIKRUL one of the restaurant staff for taking care of orders. Kudos
