M Grand Hotel Doha

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Serenity during a business trip, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived at Doha airport, I was greeted by warm smiles. The attitude of the staff, including the receptionist, driver, and room service personnel, was exemplary.

The room itself was spacious and clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay.

One aspect that truly stood out to me was the attention to detail throughout the hotel. It was evident that the staff went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.

The hotel's facilities were also top-notch. I particularly enjoyed starting my stay with a delicious dinner and morning breakfast at the hotel restaurant.

Overall, my stay at Hotel Serenity exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience.

Pretty decent place with cozy rooms, budget friendly with a good view, hotel is center of the city so it makes more convenient to travel with quick and easy availability of transport..

A great experience of a swimming day with family, we were the only ones there which made thing super nice. The pool was good which allowed me to swim good. The facilities like changing room, sauna were neat and clean and the staff was very helpful.

If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy with your family, try this place out. In the 80 QR fees, 40 QR can be used for snacks which eas enjoyed by the kids.

The food was delicious and mouth melting. We all enjoyed the ifthar and the food. The service was incredible. We’re all very satisfied. Kitchen pastry the staff Janice was very friendly and the mortician yea was fantastic and we love it.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, helpful and did a great job. All the reception, catering and cleaning staff could not do enough for us. The food was excellent and I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Qatar. Also the location is perfect for transport and proximity to restaurants and shops.
We really enjoyed our time there.

Amazing! My daughter and I came from the airplane, very tired. So, we were delighted when we got checked in without issue. Our room was clean, and we slept very well. Then, we headed for lunch, and it was divine. Later, we went for dinner. Staff was amazing, and food was again delicious. This hotel is worthy of 5 stars. :)

We missed our connecting flight so had a 24hr stay. Reception staff, particularly Supervisor went above and beyond to help us get our bags from the airport and ensure we were comfortable during our stay.

Stayed here after a missed connection and overnight layover. Staff made it very comfortable and got some delicious breakfast before making my way back to the airport! The breakfast staff were all friendly and courteous; Nuwan especially was very attentive and helpful! Thank you for a restful stay.
