We had a pleasant stay at Ao Nang Silver Orchid Resort. The hotel is quite modern and beautiful with good service.
The room was great and spacious. The only thing that bothered us a lot were the pillows. They were way too high and uncomfortable causing neck pain. It would be nice if a high and low pillow could be provided like in most hotels for both type of sleepers.
The breakfast was delicious. Just enough options available, not too much and not too less.

Beautiful old hotel but very well waintained. The view and the pool are amazing. The room & bathroom are comfortable cleaned everyday. It has everything like mini refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle to make coffee & tea, hot shower, 2 pair of slippers,
Staffs are friendly but some of them don’t really speak english. They offered free shuttle, the hotel location is perfect, not so far from the centre of the town Ao Nang.
Breakfast is delicious and 100% halal for Muslims, but not too vegan friendly. For such price, its a great deal!
Overall we are satisfied with the service of this hotel, only one thing 🥲 no parking lot for our rented motorbike and the elevator has no air conditioner but it didn’t bother us anyway. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Friendly staff. Easy access to Ao nanag tourist area. Comfortable rooms and a good swimming pool. Worth the money. The view of the backyard is amazing. Good breakfast.

Hotel a bit out of the way. Have to pay if you miss the hotel shuttle into town which only goes twice a day. Apart from visiting the local islands there is nothing much to do during the day. Predominantly it is a Muslim area with Halal food. We stayed for 6 days but now we think 2-3 days is ample.

Lovely hotel amongst the resorts. Lovely, friendly staff. Amazing pool over looking the limestone. A bit of a walk to the main strip near the beach. Do offer transfer but only at 12.30 & 14.30 which is not good if you want to go explore on a night. Over all, not bad though.

This is indeed one of the best resorts in the entire Krabi. Location is great and the staff is very helful.
Rooms are huge, and you get a beautiful mountain view from hotel.
The best part is their pool, its worth every penny.
Overall, this hotel is great for families with yong kids.

Excellent place to stay at the heart of Krabi. Loved their breakfast. The staffs were cordial and helpful. Main road is only 2 minutes walking distance, and Aonang beach is only 10/15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Food stalls, massage parlors, good quality bars are all within walking distance. Room is neat and clean, washroom was clean and updated. And the hill view is really beautiful. Will definitely stay there if I visit Krabi again.

The room was fine and the pool had a nice view. The hotel is average quality, which is fine for what we paid. Location is a little far from the beach relative to other hotels in the area. But not too far. They say they have shuttle service to the beach but only 2x per day. Good service most of the time. But what really annoyed me was the blatant attempt to have everything extra booked at the hotel to generate more sales. We wanted a taxi to the airport which you can find every 10m in Krabi. We were told that it would be hard because it was the day of and so we had to book right away. When she called, it took less than 15 seconds to secure one. We asked if we can pay later as we were heading out, and we were told that if we did not pay right, then they could not get a taxi for us later. Out of fear, we booked. Only to confirm on our run that everyone could offer us a taxi the same day. And every place charged less than there supposed "minimum" cost quote. When it came to tours, they ignored our questions because we wanted to book something they did not offer. It was just a negative theme to an otherwise fine stay.

One of the best hotels we ever visited. The scenery in amazing. The rooms are good. The staff is always ready to help-assist you!! We will visit again!

Average hotel, we stayed only one night as it broke up our return journey home.
The staff greeted us with some kind of fruit juice, explained everything very clearly and walked us to our room.
The room was fairly dated, and the bathroom akin to a hostel type setup.
That said, it was alright, just know what you’re buying.
The walk is approx 8-10 mins from the beach, which didn’t bother us, and lets you hit some of the shops/stands/7-11s on your way.
Staff let us leave our bags there all day, as we were not leaving Ao Nang until 4pm.
No complaints.
