The location is great - opposite AoNang beach and long boats for those wanting to do day trips to the islands. Surrounded by many good dining options and a close stroll to the night market.
The staff are courteous, accommodating and were always friendly. A special shout out to Noona who makes the best daiquiris at the pool bar, Pum who makes fabulous coffees at the Owl Cafe, and Oi from Reception who ensured our stay went to plan.
Great venue and people. We would stay there again.
Clean room and helpful staff
- There are two swimming pools and they are very big
- Staffs are friendly
- Parking maybe a little small but not a problem
- Should have two keycards, but they only managed to give us one
- Sink in the bathroom is clogged
- But overall, I love it
Location was good. Not long walk away from upper or lower part of the Ao Nang.
Even worse? After multiple emails and calls to management, they still refuse to respond. No apology, no refund – just complete disregard for guest health and basic hospitality standards.
This place is a public health risk, not a hotel. Spend your money somewhere that doesn’t treat guests like they’re disposable. Never again.
The balcony had ants on it which went on my clothes that I hung to dry.
The wifi sucked and logging into the wifi sucked and it automatically logs you out after a few hours. The wifi was slow so this is not a good place to work remotely
The reception asked for a 1000 bath deposit on the room which was weird. They also only take cash for this.
There is no safe in the room I think? Not sure on that one I forgot to check and the towels didn’t seem that clean - they were old and well used.
It’s a 10 min walk to the Main Street full of shops and restaurants but there are plenty of restaurants right opposite and shortly away.
The pools are nice but lighting in the pools could be better
Service was decent, had to often remind them of asks like bringing another towel to the room.
Would not stay again. Spend $20-30 more for a better stay elsewhere.
