The hotel is okay enough. Now it is 2024 and February. There is intense life outside the hotel. The bar across the street has live bands after dinner until midnight and they play very loud. Therefore, my character is not so high, as the sound/bass penetrates everything. This is my second trip here and first time at this hotel.
Breakfast is very good for all nations.
Due to very loud noise from music throughout the evening, this will be my last visit. We are different and have different requirements for peace around us. There are all nations here and nice people.
There is a lot of noise between the rooms, halls, and I have little interest in hearing other people's intimate activities, which is incredibly annoying.

Decent hotel with amazing staff who knows hospitality and value customer and their experiences. Having 2 pools, big enough. Great location. Wonderful people.

READ BEFORE YOU BOOK -
1. If you have weak knee or problem with climbing stairs, book superior room (above reception lobby) as they have lift in that building or pool facing ground floor room (not recommended due to lack of privacy OR noise/shouting from pool).
2. Buy water from adjacent 711 coz they give a small 50ml bottle per day per person.
3. I booked Superior deluxe room - and got corner one (3201). Room is spacious with necessary amenities. Partial view - quite neat. But no loud sound from pool or road.
The problem was there's a adjacent wooden door to the next room and you can LITERALLY hear the special Thai experience happening at night in the next room.
Now that's the same design for most of the rooms in that floor. If you are a family of 4, it would be best to book adjacent rooms.
4. LOCATION location location - can't praise enough. Beach in front, amazing night market to the right, crowded ao nang to the left.
5. Two swimming pools ... Pretty nice. Buffet breakfast available...costs 300baht per person if not booked with room.
6. Cleaning by room service is excellent.
Try agoda for cheaper rates.

Great place to stay for 2 nights, nearby restaurant, spa, massage spots, night market, mart,...you name it 😁
Many were disappointed with the check in process; allowing us to check in at 2pm. For me it is fair, because they have a policy to adhere. While waiting for check in time, we walked around from 8.30am hunting foods and souvenirs.
Spacious and clean room, water pressure is just nice (I don't need rough, strong water pressure). Everything is GOOD

Extremely limited parking space, which is a problem for those who's driving to this hotel. Room is not equipped with safety box, they don't even have iron and iron board in the hotel. The toilet is clogged.
The only consolation that I can think of is the nice location, fronting the beach. Many shops and restaurants nearby.
All in all, not recommended.

One of the best hotel i have ever visited.
It is exactly opposite to the aao nang beach.
They have very big rooms with all the amenities.
There are 2 swimming pools available.
Staff is very friendly and greets you everytime.
They provide breakfast facility till 10 am which has all the varieties.
Breakfast was very good and would also recommend you to try their chicken burger.

Lift facilities were not Available for our rooms
WiFi was not available most of the times
AC was having some issues.
Room Service was good and hotel is located in prime location. All kinds of restaurants were available nearby.

Solid hotel worth three stars. The rooms are large, with Minibar, air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom has a shower. The hotel has a meeting room, fitness room, two pools (expensive and fresh water). Breakfast was very good.

I feel comfortable and like this Resort so much . The staff is very helpful and polite when you need call a transport and ask for location. Good Location ,near food stall and beach, The bed is clean .Reception is very good.I went to this Hotel at 3/4/2015
