- staff very friendly and helpful. Nice outside area
- room is clean, but unfortunately rather old and partly not working appliances
- we only got pool towels after asking twice and they were very dirty
- The towels in your room get changed every day, but they are also very old and have a rather unpleasant smell
- taxi service to the beach every two hours, which is very practical
- I definitely do not recommend booking a tour via the hotel. The trip was OK, but it was very cramped and rushed with a poorly rated company which we found out later
All in all the hotel could be much better with a few improvements but for now I think that the price is a little bit too high for what they offer

The perfect stay at Ao Nang. The lady at the Reception really took care of us and made us feel very welcome.
The garden is beautiful , not to big , cottages are perfectly located. And the swimmingpool is perfect in size and also very clean.
Surrounding us peacefull with nature sounds.

Magnificent play to stay!! The bungalows, the pool and the views just made it one of our favourite hotels on our Thai trip so far.
The staff is amazing, helping with anything you may need (laundry service, motorbike rentals, tours, etc at a very competitive price)

Absolutely lovely stay. Rooms for the price were quite spacious, clean and air conditioning was working without a problem. The staff was amazing: friendly, helpful and super nice. There is a short walk for a main strip and a beach, but they offer free transportation few times a day with a car. Breakfasts were ok: maybe not very versatile, but everything was super fresh.
We’ve been in four people including one baby. Definitely would recommend and I think we will come back here in a future.

Beautiful resort with caring and helpful staff. Stunning view of the mountains. Free shuttle to the beach is extremely handy.

Amazing place with really nice and helpful staff. The accommodation was clean and always taken care of. The staff helped in arranging all our trips to the famous nearby islands and also good English communication skills. Breakfast is quite plain consisting mainly of omelette with some side sausages. So maybe a bit more imagination there if I may add a slight suggestion. Otherwise amazing scenery and a clean pool available. We had a great time and would definitely consider getting back there. Thanks 🙏😊.

A stunning resort under the mountain. The staff is perfect and caring, they took care of everything for us. The place is quiet and not on the main street. There are free shuttle services from the resort to the beach (at regular hours). Our room was large and clean.

We stayed here with our family for a few days to explore the area and the nearby islands & had a wonderful stay.
Vipa is located in a quiet one way street but still nearby the main street of Ao Nuang with it vibrant nightlife for those who seek that.
Our bungalows where very nice with an excellent bathroom. The view towards the big rock wall is impressive, the grounds are like a tropical garden and the pool is a little small but very nice.
We asked to arrange a few scooter bikes an got a good deal for 200 THB p/day with a cash deposit of 3000 THB for 3 bikes.
They don’t have a bar but can serve you cold beer/drinks, breakfast is a la carte and just fine tot start up your day.
When in Krabi come to Vipa for a very good price/quality experience.

We stayed at Vipa Tropical resort for 2 nights. The resort and rooms were great and we had everything we needed.
The pool was a godsend at the end of each day of exploration.
The room was big and airconditioned and had everything we needed.
The views of the exposed rocks is absolutely amazing. So much better in person!
Will recommend Vipa Tropical Resort as a base station if you are looking to explore Ao Nang and surrounds in Krabi.

The lovely staf at Vipa Tropical make you so welcome. They are more than happy to help where they can.
The position is great as well. Away from it all with fabulous scenery but not too far to be able in walk into the buzzing town of Ao Nang.
