The daily room (apartment buiding) was very disgusting and filthy. The bedding was so itchy. Shower room and toilet were stained. Everything in the room were old and unsanitary. There were 2 bottles of water provided. No refill. No cleaning daily. I’d put up staying only 2 nights and then finding a new hotel even though I had already paid for 5 nights. no more here.

Perfect location to go exploring the sights of Ayutthaya. Clean, well run hotel at very affordable rates. Adjoining apartments and business centre popular for business events and groups. Very good.

If yo booked based on website image or google, just forget about it.
Totally different with expectation.
No lounge, no swimming pool, no gym, no spa as per advertised.
Shop also quite far from location.
In the room, aircon very noisy. No kettle. Water heater not hot. Can see mold here and there. And you can hear people cooking outside their balcony.
I dont wanna share the photo, you guys better try and see it for yourself,, hahaha.

Totally not comfortable, staffs are not nice, stinky room and cannot changed.

Stayed there once and the room quality was ok, but some days later i got a call from some stranger wanting to make friends with me.
I asked her how she got my number, then she told me she got it from her friend working in this place.
So you can stay here if you want some strange friends.
TM Land will kindly leak your privacy to some strangers who want foreign friends.

The room in this hotel are very nice and worth the stay. The service was very good its like they show how much they care about there customers an they did with me for two weeks I would like to thank them very much for there help. The cost is not bad $50 bucks a night but if find deals on this app call Agoda that app help find really good price and also if you stay abit longer you can get 30% off that's one heck of a deal to me. So I recommended this TM LAND HOTEL to anyone who is taking a vacation in Thailand and that they are looking for a good hotel stay than I say this is the place for you.

Simple Hotel with clean small rooms ... outside of Ayutthaya town ... best to reach with own car ... advertised for 700 Baht but paid 800 Baht ...

The hotel is ok, but the restaurant is to be avoided! The restaurant food was horrible and without flavor, completely boring. The air conditioner in the restaurant was filthy and did not work properly. The restaurant staff was decidedly unfriendly. Flies swarmed around our table. If you stay at this hotel, stay away from the restaurant.
