Flawless Hotel with great staff , the restaurant is excellent and well priced, Audy the Chef takes time at breakfast to talk to his guests, nice guy. The pool is perfectly clean and if you want to visit the football stadium or the racing circuit they are practically right outside the hotel entrance. Very enjoyable stay, I will stay here again

Great place, good food and large breakfast. The bar is closing early at 11pm. That s a pitty....they a tastefull cocktails

I was going to give this hotel 3 stars but I settled on 4 and I will explain why. Check in and first impressions were excellent, 5 stars. The rooms however smell musty, exhaust fans would help. The rooms are nice but dated now. Old non smart TV not digital with poor reception. A massive credit to the GM Chewin for taking the time to listen and value feedback. He even changed the TV to a new smart TV so we could watch Netflix and YouTube. A God send for the kids. He also accepted criticism of the usual silly location of the toilet rolls, the dim lighting, the lack of any USB charging points. And the lack of towels and towel holders / hooks etc. The positives of the hotel (apart from Chewin and the excellent service in general) include the beautiful clean swimming pool. The fantastic breakfast spread, albeit cold bacon, baked beans and fried tomato. The Chinese donuts were the best we’ve had anywhere, hands down. The internet seemed ok but I just used my own connection so hard to be sure how reliable it is. We ate lunch on arrival in the restaurant and it was OK but very over priced at nearly 2000 baht. Including a mystery 250 baht “open food” on the bill. The Australian cheeseburger was dry and the bun was hard and not fresh. As you can tell I am critical of a lot but the stay was rescued by the General Manager who went above and beyond. Another point to criticise is the pillows, they are ludicrously soft and I woke up with neck pain and a headache as did my wife, only to be told afterwards there is a pillow menu we could have exchanged. We would like to come back in 12 months after their scheduled renovations. Thank you.

Good clean and well managed place to stay adjacent to Buriram football stadium & racetrack. About 5mins drive from the town center. Would definitely stay again.

I loved everything about our stay here! From the moment we walked through the door the staff greeted us with a smile and friendliness.
Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Tremendous hospitality and value!

A hotel wholly dedicated to Buriram United and that is its purpose. Why there are only carpark with a roof For VIP Buriram United staff and no hotel guests makes no sense at all. Rooms on second Floor Have no elevator. Air con in the room is blowing at full Speed regardless for temperature. Internet for Laptop didn’t work. Staff is passionate and professional

This is a great hotel no matter what the reason for your stay. Everything is very well maintained to a very high standard. Rooms are modern, well appointed and comfortable. The shower deserves a special mention, one of the best I have encountered. All of the staff are wonderful, happy and friendly. The restaurant is superb and the breakfast outstandingly good. Strongly recommended.
