Hop Inn Buriram

Good services, Good rooms, large car parking, but far from seven eleven convenient store. Cannot walk to seven eleven. Hard to go to Taweekij superstore because you have to across the high way.It is hi-risk , risk to car accident.

Reasonable prices. Good cleanliness and a great location. This hotel is near a lot of street foods in the evening. Wifi is available and quite fast. The air conditioner and water heater are functioning well. No toothbrushes and toothpaste are available.

Great value for money. Simple, no frills but clean and fresh. Extremely well managed and helpful staff. The only negative is the noise from 8pm to midnight as there is loud music from the bars across the street. 2 to 5 min walk to Thawikit Mall and other cafes to get basics.

Looking was clean, the staff can speak English well, staff were kind to make a phone call in Thai and no need to deposit check-in
Bedsheets and towels were smelly. Every room makes a sound to close the door. During I stay here that sound became like a wake-up call. I found a pack of fruit in the refrigerator(formal guest’s one). No have a security box in the room for keeping valuable stuff.
I got two issues during I stay three nights.
First, they only ask to show my passport to check-in. I have a driver's license in Thai but it was not acceptable. Foreigners have to keep a real one or a picture of a passport. I made a booking from the official website but I couldn’t see any notice about it.
Second, after the first night in the morning housekeeping knock on the door but I didn't reply. I was on the way to get lunch, I notice that I don’t need to clean up the room, only need new two bottles of water and changing used towels but I will pick up at reception when I will be back at the hotel. I forgot to visit reception after getting lunch and realize that hanged on the used towel was gone from the toilet. And two bottles of water and new towels were placed on the table. Maybe it comes from miscommunication. It was a big issue for me. I’m so sensitive about security issues.
Anyway, I will consider staying again here but not the first option. I was happy to stay here. Thanks.

Great food and drink good friendly staff

Most attributes seem decent: convenience, price, and friendliness. But air conditioning is not adjustable and WiFi not usable, the latter being particularly annoying. When one is in the hotel lobby to ask or show front desk about WiFi, the problem vanishes making the inquirer look stupid.

Nice and Clean room and location.
Location near by night market in front of the hotel.
Feeling likes street food.
Cross the road to local mall in Buriram.
Frozen food and beverage services at lobby and pay at check-in counter. Microwave is provided.
Parking is secured by security officer and CCTV.
