Five stars because you get a lot for a good price. It's not the Hilton. However, you get a large cabin with lots of space and AC. The resort grounds are huge and well kept. When we were here, there was only one other couple. The place felt like an abandoned resort , but in a good way. We had the pool to ourselves. It was quiet. Quick service. A great stay for $50 US. Overall the place is clean even if it is a little bit run down here and there. Most of that is just cosmetic. If you want a nice place to stay for a relatively small amount of money, don't hesitate to book.

It was very peaceful and relaxing, but it was out of season. A great resort to stay whilst you go up the mountain to the temple.

great Location close to the Ping River, the House was spacious and clean, very quiet...the American Breakfast was huge but not our Style and unexpected while we are sitting in the Middle of a Country with so much Goodies to eat and more less Thai Guests... you are depending on a Car or Bike to go around, crossing the Bridge, you will find a lot of very good Restaurants serving authentic Thai Food, mainly Seafood and Fish, for a very reasonable Price.. Overall, it was a very pleasant Stay for 3 Nights and we would choose this Place again

We were there during off season and had the facilities to ourselves. Great location with stunning pool overlooking the river. The bungalows are huge and very homely. We absolutely loved our stay there and will be back.

We stayed here two night and was very impressed by the resort. Very spacious suites with verandas all set huge landscaped gardens. It was blissfully quiet and was thoroughly enjoyable stay. The pool and breakfast area was lovely. And all the staff are lovely. We used it as a base to explore the nearby National Park. We were surprised that there were so few other people staying whilst we were there. It felt like we had a whole country Park to ourselves!

Large area with amenities spread out over the 200rai property. Would be an excellent wedding reception choice. Close to Doi Inthanon with the added bonus of being right next to the wide Ping River. Breakfast was excellent.

Could easily be 5 star with attention to details like removing the ugly stickers from appliances. See photos.

We had a great stay at the Doi Inthanon Riverside Resort last autumn.
The bungalows ate very cute and the whole area is just beautiful.
Had a really good time there and would recommend this place for a stay. Its absolutely beautiful.

Beautiful landscape. There are a few lakes in the resort that give lives to the place. Staff are also nice. I tried tent along Ping river last winter (Dec 2019), very nice.

Negatives:
- Arrive while light. Hard to find in the dark.
- The receptionist who showed us to our room didn’t even stay to turn the lights on. Just unlocked and ran away.
- The sliding doors to the balcony remain unlocked - perhaps from being forced open before, the area where the lock should go has fallen away and the doors do NOT LOCK. Meaning anyone can just walk in to your room. When you are staying abroad and sleeping at night you want to feel safe, which means being able to lock your doors and windows. This was totally unacceptable.
- No wifi in room.
- There’s a bedside lamp on the bedside table, unplugged because there is no wall socket to plug it into there.
- rooms are far from reception. Meaning you need to drive from reception to your room with your luggage.
- There was a leak in the bathroom.
- The water in the shower was cold.
- Generally dilapidated and abandoned
- For the price we paid, feel totally ripped off.

- Simple breakfast of ham sausage omelette and toast was nice
