We really liked this hotel. It was clean, friendly and welcoming. The all female staff were responsive if we needed anything, in fact were at our door in minutes to help. They were always cleaning and polishing and even take care of the swimming pool which was great for doing laps.
Good location very near the bridge, about 200m which was nice to walk to and take some nighttime photos all alone.

First, location location location. Kwai river bridge and 7-11 just around the corner. It’s in a rather quiet block and this building itself looks like a neat and pretty city hall building. Love that ;)
Then the people. The staff is super nice and sincere. There is not any no or hesitation of no when you ask for questions or requests.
And cleanliness. No dust anyplace.
Great hotel and thank you again to the staff.

This hotel finally had a soft bed. I have been to several hotels that might as well have had concrete beds! I don't care if some folks think it is a 3 star hotel. The rooms were super clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and very professional. They did laundry for a small fee and it was folded to perfection. There is plenty to do nearby and although you can't use Bolt, the taxis are pretty friendly and reasonable

Great hotel at this price point. Less than 5 minutes walk from Saphan Kwae Yai (River Kwai Station) and the bridge itself. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby, with a 7-11 two minutes away. They offer free bikes, so you can visit other places around town easily (go early before it gets too hot).
Room was large, with comfy beds and a full bathtub. They have sat tv, but there wasn't much for foriegners on the ~400 channels available. No room safe.
Can leave luggage while waiting for the afternoon train.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights- stone throw away from the bridge, nice clean room, a small but very nice pool. Breakfast was great and service was top class… not sure you will find much better at the price 👍

Not convenient with elderly guests. Going up, down, Parking, check-in not easy..
2. Clean health collective.
- Part of the swimming pool. No body wash/ shower before the pool.
- Foreign guests. Do dirty. (The people of Taiwan _ China ) big clean cosmetics. Some people down play the whole kit private.
- Exotic water rarely wear. Swimsuit.
Made in water have stain cream. Sweat stains Chrysler dirty.
The size of our family. To 4, people play here, stay single ambitions along the fold limbs.. hurry up to shower on the room. Dinner must hurry to buy the drug price. do not come. hurry to eat, eat antihistamines and sleep..
Because the pool abandoned. No. Agent. Care.
The guests will be down to play whatever. Mess ed TA..take your time...
Continue down either, wearing boots, Smoking cigars.?...

Just spent one night here and it was pretty good.... nice swimming pool, comfortable room and fine breakfast. Would come back for sure.

Very clean, big comfy bed and air con. Closest hotel to the bridge and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You can catch the train from the bridge station which is 2 minutes walk away rather than getting off in kanchanaburi. Also is expecting to get a taxi to the bus station for the return journey to Bangkok but the helpful reception staff arranged for the bus to pick me up from the hotel.

Great location near the bridge over the river Kwae. A few restaurants near the hotel but there are more in town which are easily accessible by tuk tuk.
