Koh Jum Ocean Beach Resort

Road is not accessible. So no scooter. Food expensive and bad. Swimming Pool very dirty. No friendly and dont forget the 261 steps. Nothing near by. People dont speak english. Never never never again! Dont believe the hype.

Very bad service. When we arrived at the island, we couldn't contact the accommodation. There was no car to pick us up. We had to walk up the mountain for several kilometers. The road was a cliff, very dangerous. There were no cars passing by and no houses. We went with a 2-year-old child who had to walk across the mountain. The staff did not have any service mind, and many other things. The worst experience on Koh Jum.

We were there for 5 days, the idea of ​​the hotel is very cool, the views are very beautiful and the staff tries to do everything possible and that's it. The rooms are terrible, the air conditioner did not work, the hot water broke down incorrectly and was not fixed, we went to open and close it ourselves to wash (the room they gave us was very old, there were no towels, we went and asked. Breakfast is just a name, you can say that it does not exist!!! If you arrive at 10 o'clock there is no coffee! Even climbing up is difficult, the bungalow is shaking from the air conditioner, I could not sleep, there was garbage next to us, a monkey dragged it right along the roof and along the veranda, a nightmare. And the idea of ​​the hotel is great! The territory is not cleaned at all, as well as the room is not cleaned until you ask, I do not understand now that for such money there was no rest, only running to the reception with problems!!!

Hotel very shabby and not worth the money but it was new year so high prices
Honeymoon room lovely lay out but had to ask for towels cleaning etc
Lots of monkeys amusing but scarey in packs trying to open the bungalows
Monkey poo not gleaned from balcony for 4 days
Food not great and expensive as were drinks
Staff not well trained in service but felt sorry for them they seemed sad
Very quiet area great for total chill out
Dangerous mud road to get there washed away by rains with steep scary drop
Owner needs to keep it maintained , it’s a pity
