We spent about 4 nights in the hotel and it was amazing. The staff was super helpful, the room was nice and clean, and the views were incredible!

This place is ridiculous. They don't have sessions at the time they suppose to and personnel barely speaks English or makes any effort to assist you. I came for Qigong class today, the reception girl didn't even know it was supposed to be happening, after 10 minutes she let me into some room and left there with no explanation. 30 minutes into "the class" with no one around I just left. Taken into account that I stopped by the place a day before to confirm the class is going to happen this is just pure carelessness. Highly unprofessional place.

Overall, the hotel looks fine. It has a decent pool, direct access to the sea, and a pleasant territory. However, there are some issues with the service. A very serious one is that there are no staff members present from 11 PM to 6 AM. So, if something goes wrong, like your air conditioner stops working, as it happened to us, you can’t reach anyone. You can't change rooms. There's simply no one at the hotel. We will be demanding compensation or a refund.

The first one i book room with facing road side and this much louder then we move to another side but same type and need to pay for upgrade room i spend around 2k without breakfast and air conditioning not working call too reception nobody answering and room also too old if u need stay here pls think have many choice for you !!!!!!

Beautiful small hotel for all who seeking tranquility and beauty of the nature with nice food for vegans or vegetarians, with yoga shala with breath taking view of the sea.

I give Samaya Bura 5 stars. The hotel is in a nice location 👌 stunning view, nice setting with infinity pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean PLUS the food is so yummy by Chef Bird. I definitely coming again. I highly remembered if you are in Samui.

Super value for money in a 4 star hotel, the main hotel manageress was amazing, the best hospitality we have received whilst in Thailand. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and quiet place. We did enjoy our stay. The team was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as coffee, maybe a suggestion to add banana pancake as a choice would be even better. Would definately stay again.
