The location is perfect for early morning flight.
The cleanliness must improve in some details as i found a plastic cover of bottle of water near sink in bath room but not a big deal.
The bed is hard for me difficult it made me difficult to sleep with AC noisy.
The staff at the lobby are nice.
Overall. Is fine to stay for a night if you have morning flight

i booked a room from booking for 1 night after 10 hours on the roads. I have an early flight the next day. this property is not refundable. and guess what? they are closed !!!! so I had to find another place, and there is no one to talk to about the refund. and no where that says that they are closed. all I wanted to get some rest before my flight, you ruined my day. thanks for nothing.at least remove yourself from booking!!

I recently visited the Miracle Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport and wanted to share my experience.Firstly, I must commend the lounge for its cleanliness and neatness. The ambiance is quite inviting, which makes it a pleasant place to relax before a flight.However, when it comes to the offerings, I found the experience lacking. Although there was a selection of food available, the quality was not up to par. Unfortunately, I didn't find the dishes to be delicious, and the variety was quite limited.Overall, while the lounge itself is well-maintained, it falls short in terms of value for money when considering the food options available.I hope for improvements in the menu selection and quality in the future, as the potential is certainly there.

Overall, the hotel was clean. But I will say that the beds are rock hard and not very comfortable. While the room appears clean, you can see dirt/grime around the ac vent in the room which resembles mold.
The lunch and dinner foods are great, but I'd avoid their breakfast buffet as it just had a couple cereals, an egg and a sausage of some sort.
If they would clean the air conditioning system and put some proper filtration in the rooms vents, I'd recommend them. But, until they clean this up I'd consider another place.
We stayed 4 nights in total.

This is a great transit hotel when you need to be close to the Suvarnabhumi Bangkok Airport. The restaurant is open until 11.30pm, and breakfast is served around 7am. Good value for money. Its Approx.11 KM to the airport, however with trafic it is a 20 minute cab ride around 200 Baht taxi rides to and from the airport.

Moldy hotel. The whole air condition system is full with mold. I cannot recommend this hotel because of the mold and not cleanness. The receptionists and the room service and food is really good. They tried to find a solution with me, but all rooms had mold. If the rooms would be clean and the mold issue is removed and the pool had no insects in it, it would be a better place. Don’t book breakfast, it’s poor. The room service meals are good 👍🏻

I have stayed both Miracle hotels . Best one is at the old airport.
This one is in need of renovations. I am sure they will get the items noticed on room checks.

Just notice 2 electrical outlets in bathroom are hanging out of wall
Bathroom sink tap is seized . Hard hard to open
Tub water inlet is 90% plugged . Took 2 hours to fill tub.
Maybe no one uses tub so it's never reported.
This hotel chain is actually really good but most my stays were at the other large hotel by the old airport

Very friendly staff, conveniently located near the airport. I stayed here for my last night in Thailand and am happy I did. Was able to order a bolt the morning of at 5;15AM without issue

In a word: bad. The hotel advertises on Google that they provide a free shuttle to/from the airport, but after we booked and contacted them they informed us that they now charge each way. We asked if they would honor what they are continuing to advertise as a free shuttle and they refused and then ignored our follow up email. They charge more than a Grab or taxi would cost you.
Unfortunately, the trouble didn’t stop there because the room itself was a dusty, smelly mess. When we asked about the smell, they brought up a cheap air freshener and shrugged. The room vent filters clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and both my partner and I woke up with a stuffy nose and sore throat from breathing it in all night.
The doorman and front desk staff were all cordial (with the exception of the person we spoke with on the phone about the shuttle), but this simply isn’t a 4 star hotel.

The hotel boasts several strong points that truly enhance the stay. The rooms are remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. Its proximity to the airport and availability of parking make it exceptionally convenient for travelers. The rooftop pool offers a unique experience, allowing guests to observe planes while enjoying a swim. Furthermore, the staff's friendliness significantly contributes to the overall pleasant atmosphere.
However, there are a few downsides to consider. The room doors' thinness, causing them to be easily penetrated by hallway noise, might disturb one's sleep. Additionally, the housekeeping staff engaging in loud conversations at 6 a.m. in the hallway could be disruptive. I also find the rooms excessively dark during the day.
Nevertheless, despite these minor inconveniences, I would gladly return to this hotel. The positive aspects overshadow these negatives, and these issues do not present significant problems
