Well-maintained. Have all the basic necessities. Got the direct pool access at a very affordable price. Only complaint is the hot water in shower not working well or perhaps not enough to supply to all the rooms? Breakfast was very basic, though sufficient. The restaurant was so cozy, nicely decorated and playing Xmas song, loved it.

Service
Fast and good. Free shuttle to airport. Pool table at 50 thb per game. Cute little swimming pool.

Location
Best for going back home or late night flight. Just behind a big shopping mall, but no time to visit.

Great hotel for short stay and free airport shuttle a real bonus
Room was nice with small bathroom and very weak shower
No hot water at sink but was on the shower
No safe in the room was a real downside as statyng 2 nights and wanted to leave valuables in room when exploring the local area
Restaurant food was inexpensive and good
Large shopping Mall 5 minute walk away with lots of food outlets as well as top branded shops
Also small bars and food outlets near the hotel and of course a couple of massage parlours
I will definitely want to stay next time I am travelling into and out of the airport

I’ve stayed here a few times over the last ten years. It’s always been a quiet and convenient location. The rooms have aged quite a bit but it’s still priced right, quiet, and a great location, when flying out of BKK airport.

Right next door is Robinson department store. Little Walk and The Paseos are a short walk away. There are plenty of food / shopping options all within walking distance.

The airport is less than 15 minutes away. The hotel does offer a shared shuttle service to the airport for 200฿ per room. You can book a private shuttle for 700฿. Taxis and Grab are also available 24/7.

This hotel exceeded my expectations.

The airport shuttle service is very convenient. The room given to me was clean, spacious and had basic amenities. Food at the restaurant was delicious. It’s also located near a shopping mall and restaurants. Staff members were kind and helpful.

Book directly with the hotel so you can avail of free airport shuttle (arrival and departure), free breakfast, and discounts.

You’ll definitely get your money’s worth when you come here.

Not a bad place to stay for a day or 2 while you’re waiting to depart Thailand. The rooms are decent and the bathrooms are decent too. There is a mall and 7-11 right down the road. The only drawbacks are the beds are pretty hard which is the norm in Thailand and also the water temp in the shower. I was on the 5th floor so maybe that had something to do with it but I could never get it to just right, it was either cool or too hot. Id probably stay here again.

It was ok for a night before flying back. The pictures make it looks like a 4-star hotel, yet it's a good 3-star. The front desk was helpful and courteous. The biggest asset of the Cottage hotel is its location and the shuttle service.

Location was pretty alright with the shuttle service (need to book beforehand when you book the hotel) we stayed two times in our trip and we forgot to book the second time so we had to pay 200B for airport transfer which we felt was still alright. Service was good and rooms clean. No issues, had a good stay~

The cottage is our home away from home when we fly in/out of BKK or travel beyond Bangkok. It is clean, the food is good, adequate facilities a nice pool, it's close to shopping and markets and has helpful friendly staff.
