The location on Lipa Noi beach is very convenient, the exit to the sea is convenient and gentle. The territory is very green, the service is friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are modest. We lived in a villa with a view of the garden - we liked everything very much

Beautiful beach and sunset. We stayed in one of the cabins, which were also very beautiful and just steps from the beach. Light sleepers should be aware that the cabins' soundproofing is very poor; at night, you can hear birds and insects as if you were outside.
Breakfast isn't a buffet; there's a menu from which you choose a hot drink, a cold drink, and a main course, and no seconds are allowed.
To explore the island, renting a motorcycle is ideal because the hotel is isolated.

Large rooms, basic and clean. Family operated, very friendly and very accommodating. Not sure what to see in the area as we were only staying the night to catch the ferry in the morning. Not really walking distance to anything. Great food at the restaurant and provided transportation to ferry in the morning for a small fee. I recommend and would stay again.

This was my happy place! A little oasis we stayed in one of the ‘huts’ with its own decking area and pond running along the path containing small fish and frogs!
‘Mod’ on reception was outstanding helping us with our travel plans. Very welcoming and nothing was too much to ask.
On return from a trip one day was greeted with a room full of flowers 🌺
Very good food in the restaurant always served with a smile 😊

Only recommendation would be to update the pool area and add more sunbeds
Extended our stay to 4 nights we enjoyed it so much!

This property is no good for people with disabilities. There’s no dining and only a bar in the middle of nowhere. Can’t walk to the store or to get food. Have to grab it.

A great place to stay for a few days, the bungalows are comfortable and the view is amazing.
This part of Samui is calm at night not much happening around here.
The staff is really nice and supportive but lack of English skills, which is fine but a bit more basic understanding of it would’ve been great

I think this was the best stay of our trip. Rooms are clean, sufficient and cost friendly.
The pool is just phenomenal. The sun sets here are to die for.
