Fairly priced. Entertainment doesn’t compare to other Nikki Resorts and one of the speakers right behind me had a static like sound.

Our family stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time. The facilities including pools, gym and day spa were very good. All staff, especially Care Bonus JR, made our stay very comfortable and fun. Although in a quiet location, this is an advantage compared to the busier parts of the island that feel less clean. There is also a daily shuttle bus to get you to these locations if you need to. We had a Luxury Escapes package and it was excellent value when you take into account all of the food and drinks that were included. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay in Koh Samui and would easily stay again myself. Thanks Nikki Beach Resort for such a great week!

PS: if you are looking for food outside of the resort, Mom’s Kitchen across the road was very good.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its stunning sea views, direct beach access, and exceptional service from the entire staff. We originally booked for 3 nights but decided to stay an extra night as simply loved the vibe and the luxury of the hotel.

Kuan really made it for us. She was super attentive and personable with great stories to share. She is a real asset to the resort and really took our experience here to another level.

In terms of location the hotel quite remote with no other bars or shops nearby to change things up a bit. On the plus side it forces you to slow down!

Would definitely recommend it here but maybe not so much for kids as there is a lack of entertainment for them.

Only leaving 3 after I ended up leaving early and John was kind enough to accept me a refund for 4 nights out of my 5 as I left after the first night.
Location is terrible straight to it, after 6pm anything in the area is shut and it felt like Covid times it was that quiet. For me location was huge part of me moving.
One staff member at Nikki beach pool area just latches on for her extra tip but noticed as I told her I was leaving the next day to not be seen again.
After 8pm in the hotel the bar and restaurant is open but not a single soul was there. Was hard enough to get service at the restaurant as one member was too busy on her phone to acknowledge us. But screamed for another staff member.
Shame as hotel could be great for resort kind of holidays.

Really enjoyed our stay here on a Luxury Escapes Package. Beautiful grounds and buildings, next to a calm, cleaner beach in Koh Samui. Great sunsets. Location wise we liked it, bit quieter and we booked a Grab taxi to head over to Chaweng beach and busier areas when we needed, usually cost about 600 baht which was not bad for a 45 min drive. There is a few little restaurants and massage places nearby. We had one of the downstairs pool rooms, comfy bed and great air con. Swum in the pool multiple times a day. Good breakfast in the Beach Club and package wise we recommend lunch over the set menu dinner at Escape.

I was staying in LipaNoi, having visited several Nikki Beach Clubs around the world I was excited to be so close.
Food is excellent
Drinks good - over priced, but that’s to be expected.

The reason we pay the prices, is because we expect exceptional service. This we didn’t receive. We had to chase drinks orders regularly, request plates to be removed and overall well below expectation. It improved slightly when we upped our drinks order to champagne, although I was horrified when they offered a cheaper alternative…!

The escape restaurant was lovely, food was delicious and service much better.

Yesterday as a convenient option we tried the restaurant, again, we were quickly seated without menus and had to chase a waiter to take our order.

It’s such a shame, I expect and love ‘thai time’ but this Nikki beach is pushing it hard.

Outside of service, gorgeous comfy beds, brilliant DJ and amazing views!

We were staying close by at a hotel that was absolutely disgusting. We came to Nikki Beach Resort in the hopes of booking ASAP. Antonia was absolutely amazing! She was accommodating and did everything she could to make sure we got a room to fit our needs. Any time we needed help during our stay she was always helpful, as well as the other staff. Thanks again Antonia for going above and beyond to help us out!

Rooms are fantastic, atmosphere and resort grounds are spectacular. Getting to other places around the island is a little bit of work but worth it

Good hotel overall.
Good points:
Rooms are nice, huge beds, access to the beach club, good breakfast, stunning view, gym seemed great and activities everyday, very competitive prices (went in November)
Bad points:
Location: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You have to take a vehicle for at least 20/30 minutes to go for a decent dinner or lunch
Clientele: I think such hotels should forbid families with kids. We had kids screaming in the private pool almost everyday, early morning and late night
Pricing at the restaurants and bar are expensive but quality is not really there

Overall had a good experience though.
