From the moment I arrived at Nikki Beach Koh Samui, I knew I was in for something special. The property itself is stunning – beautifully designed, right on the beach, with a perfect balance of relaxation and vibrant energy. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.

A special thank you to Khun Care, Patcha, Nancy, Eve, and Bambi – each of them went above and beyond to make me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the Nikki Beach family. Their attention to detail, warm smiles, and genuine hospitality created such a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it was arranging small surprises, offering helpful recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure I was comfortable, they turned a great stay into an exceptional one.

The rooms are spacious, stylish, and very well maintained, with all the little touches you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The pool and beach area are breathtaking – the perfect spot to relax during the day, then enjoy Nikki Beach’s world-famous energy in the evening. The food and cocktails were outstanding too, with a mix of international flavors and Thai favorites, always served with a smile.

Nikki Beach Koh Samui is more than just a hotel – it’s an experience. Thanks to the amazing team, especially Khun Care, Patcha, Nancy, Eve, and Bambi, I can honestly say this was one of the best holidays I’ve ever had.

Hands down one of the best resorts on the island. Rooms were amazingly designed, modern facilities and extremely comfortable. Will definitely come back. Worth every penny.

Nice quiet Hotel!

Really friendly and attentive staff , great for sunsets .... On the perfect side of the Island.

Had a great time with the Kids as food , pool and room very close proximity.

A very good and beautiful hotel, very far from everything.

This is a very nice Resort. The pool area is very nice and comfortable. The swimming pool faces to the apartments is very long so you can enjoy swimming. The gym is very nice, not too many machines, but from good quality. You need to consider for you stay several aspects: the pool area in the middle of the resort comes with an additional costs of minimum consumption which is quite expensive, at the other pool area you don’t have any laying possibilities so you should consider a room with pool access if you plan to often go swimming, the kids club is really just a very small room with some toys just for emergency when the whether is not so well. The beach is very small and not so nice. We would not recommend to stay there with small kids as there is nothing around you can not do so much with the kid. If you plan to travel as a couple definitely a recommendation if you’re flexible to move by grab or scooter. The staff is very very friendly. Not typically Thai friendly, but also very understanding and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. I think the best breakfast I ate in ages in a hotel and we do travel a lot.

This was our second time at Nikki Beach and again it didn’t disappoint. We travelled with our 1,5 year old baby and the staff has been so nice with him. Big thanks to Lena, Care, Eve and Benz. We had a wonderful stay.

We love the big rooms and the swimming pool. The food at both the beach club and Escape is good. We had many massages and they were amazing, highly recommend.

The location is quiet, but this is something you know upfront. The beach is nice and quiet and the sunsets beautiful.

We have been warmly welcomed by Nancy and Eve ☺️ They were so kind and helpful. Benz was so helpful with our luggage 🤩 The hotel is located in a very silent part right at the sea. Beatifully installed with 16 lovely, big and very modern rooms directly at the long pool. The breakfast/lunch/dinner outside (partly covered) is great and so beautiful with another pool and live DJ. When you see the pics on the internet site you will understand and love it! ❤️
