The atmosphere is good. The food is very tasty. All the staff are great. There is a chance to stay again.

Wow the Onsen at Moncham resort is simply an 'oasis of peace and tranquility, perfect for being able to disconnect and find inner peace.
The resort is based on the concept of sustainability and contact with nature, and this is what we appreciated most.
There are beautiful animals: rabbits, ducks, swans that reign in this beautiful Japanese garden.
Inside the resort there is also the natural hot springs and it is fabulous. It is divided into men and women but you can also book a pool with a garden where there is no such division.
The food is just fantastic, from the breakfast which is freshly prepared to avoid waste, to the choice of menu with various options (my girlfriend is vegetarian and the attention of the chef and staff in the dining room was fantastic, there are so many options).
We also enjoyed an excellent one-hour massage, which I recommend, to complete the relaxation after the hot water bath.
Thank you to all the staff, it was a wonderful experience, we recommend this beautiful resort to everyone!!!

If you're all about privacy, you gotta check this place out. Even though there are other guests, it's super chill and not crowded at all, perfect for just relaxing. I was walking around the hotel and saw bunnies running around, which is honestly so awesome. And the service? Way better than 5 stars!

This is easily one of my favorite resort. I have stayed in in my traveling time. I came across this place when I was looking for a hotel during the lantern festival in Chiang Mai though it is away from the city center area. It’s a perfect place for a quick getaway or just relaxing weekend. The room is very spacious and the room that I booked had two onsens and they also have a public onsen. The breakfast was amazing. All the staff are very friendly and kind. Even though I stayed only a day I really really loved this place if I ever come back to Chiang Mai again I will definitely visit it. Thank you for having me see you guys next time.

Great experience!! The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room and onsen were amazing. We also booked the all-inclusive package (with breakfast, lunch, dinner) and the food were wonderful. Definitely worth the price.

loved almost every single thing about it! room, tea, massages, outdoor bathing pools, food, property, design. MOst of the staff was amazing 👏 super grateful to experience this adventure in the mountains.
if budgeting- be advised. DON'T try to get a Grab taxi. You will possibly end up in the middle of nowhere, like we did 😬 Just GET the shuttle. Everything else- really worth it

A rejuvenating weekend, would definitely visit again.
Room: Neat and clean, comfy bed, has great view. All toiletries provided. Smart TV for Netflix, Disney, music, basically AirPlay anything from your phone.
Services: They give you Yukata and pajamas, you don’t really need to bring much. They also give you lots of snacks and drinks. All you can eat freshly made breakfast was the best!!
Onsen: Pretty nice and relaxing, we went to both public garden one and gender separated one, both were quite private experience for us since it seems people here don’t really like to share with others anyway? (Or it could just be our own experience)
Facility: Staff were friendly and welcoming, every corner is clean and well maintained, walking around the garden and/or sitting under the trees watching the greenery was healing.
All in all, a great value for this kind of service and tranquility.

Couple. 2 nights. Authentic and spacious room, great onsen, delightful grounds with waterfowl and rabbits, excellent restaurant (vegan options few). Service great, one communication failure when private onsen reservation double-booked. Grab not available, but great hotel drivers and cars. Try a nearby restaurant (down the road) on the river, so cool and unique, or the nearby government-sponsored farm restaurant with its big salads (up the road). Outside occasionally noisy due to traffic or neighbours' landscaping activity.

Japanese style ryokan. Best garden with many animals (ducks, swan, and also rabbits!). Superb room with bathroom in each. Very nice hospitality. Have indoor and outdoor onsen and also have cold plunge bath. Recommended to book the massage on the check-in day.
