Excellent Stay in a Spacious, Modern Room

I recently stayed in one of the new rooms located approximately 300 meters at the rear of the resort. The room was impressively spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large, comfortable bed with clean, fresh bedding. A notable highlight was the generously sized balcony, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

The breakfast buffet offered good value for money, with a wide selection of healthy and well-prepared options. The resort also boasts several swimming pools, including one of a decent size suitable for proper swimming. However, it’s worth noting that the pool water appeared to be heavily chlorinated.

The only drawback was the bathroom, particularly the toilet, which was surprisingly small—more suited to a child than an adult. This design oversight could be a significant issue across the many rooms in the new block.

Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive, and I would highly recommend the resort for its comfort, facilities, and excellent value.

The swimming pools are brilliant for little kids. The location is great with proximity to the beach. It’s a very slow pace town with little to do in the best way.
I would recommend staying in one of the larger rooms, the standard room is very basic (better for single travellers).

We stayed at Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa for one night before our flight, and the main advantage is definitely its proximity to the airport – just a short drive away, which was super convenient.

The room could use some renovation and a deep clean, as it felt a bit tired and not as fresh as expected. The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly memorable.

Staff were polite and helpful, so no complaints there.

It was fine for a one-night stopover, but we’d probably look for a different option next time if staying longer.

We had a great time. Felt like we had our own pool. To bad renovations were being done to restaurant. No problems there are plenty restaurants right out side the entrance.

Very simple hotel and rooms but clean and all with a terrace. 4 middle-sized swimming pools with pleasant water temperature. Breakfast is very simple and more Asian than European but they have selection of fresh egg dishes like omelettes. The beach is nice (depending on weather it is clean or not). The service at reception is mostly very good, depending on the person. The service at the pool bar is amazing 🤩 very helpful and friendly. For us the food at the restaurant was mostly delicious, Pizza is eatable.

Overall great experience, reception staff is super helpful and devoted. Rooms are perfectly clean and nicely designed. It makes a huge difference if you’re on the ground floor facing an outside fence or you have some sort of open view so choose carefully. There is a construction side at the entrance which makes a really bad impression especially when you have to pass it every day on your way to the beach. A very nice massage place just outside the hotel have 10% discount with the coupon provided by the reception at your checkin. The only problem with this place is that the main lady is semi welcoming and they out aircon on which when you’re lying during massage is just too strong. Back to the reception we were really nicely welcomed and the receptionist informed us about every detail of the hotel in plain English. The downside are the guests from a certain European country that have just awkward manners, don’t make eye contact or answer hello. But that’s not the hotel fault.

Had a good few days at nai yang beach resort and spa.
Our rooms were clean and large. Rooms cleaned every day if you wanted it. Good large patio on lower level.
They went above and beyond to make sure we had two rooms together.
They have 3 pools and a water park for the children.
Reception was easy to deal with and the gardens were very nice.

Very family friendly resort. Super close to the beach and loads of restaurants and good bars. The pools on site were all super clean and they had inflatables. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had good areas for drying out clothes- Andy for the beach. Would be good if the balcony came with 2 chairs instead of 1 🤣but that's my only area for improvement.

We had an amazing stay here at the hotel. It was worth the money, only that there was a power shut down an hour before our check out but then came back after 10-15mins. Overall, we are satisfied and beyond our expectation. Location is excellent as ever! We are able to do so many things even an overnight stay. 😊
