A modest budget hotel in the form of houses. For unpretentious travelers) from the main road at some distance, which on the one hand is a plus - it's quiet, but after the rain you need to watch your step on the road, it can be dirty) in my house it smelled a little damp, a gecko ran along the walls (a lizard, not dangerous))) there is no reception, but as I understand it, someone is always "on duty", in my case the guy checked me in, explained everything I needed. There are shortcomings, but for the money, I think it's okay)

This was the first place we stayed in Thailand. Very impressed! A quiet picturesque place, a mini-village. We got there on foot from the airport easily, but it was a bit late, closer to ten in the evening. There were separate houses and no one was there, we started to worry. But we called the number provided, the owner quickly answered, told us in English what our house was and that's it! We easily found it, there was a key in the door, we went in and started living) then after a couple of nights our stay ended - and we just left) we really liked it))) the house itself is simple, but there is everything you need, only there was no toilet paper, which was not very convenient for us, who had just arrived in an unfamiliar country. Quite close to the sea on foot. At night, frog songs and cicadas deafen you, but they do not interfere with sleep at all. In a word, I recommend it!

Our stay here was frustrating from the start. We called a day before to ask if we could check in an hour early, and they assured us it would be fine or that we could at least drop off our luggage. However, when we arrived, there was no staff present. We had to call again, and after waiting another 15 minutes, someone finally showed up – only to tell us that our room wouldn’t be ready until 4 PM, which was an hour later than the official check-in time at 3 PM.
When we returned at 4 PM, we were told the room still wasn’t ready, and we had to wait another 30 minutes. This was completely unprofessional and a huge waste of our time.
When we finally got into the room, we were extremely disappointed. There was mold on the ceiling, and the overall cleanliness was poor. When we politely asked if we could get a small discount because of the condition, the response was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, they just told us that if we weren’t happy, we should leave.
We only stayed for one night, so we put up with it, but the poor service, unclean room, and unprofessional attitude left a really bad impression. Would not recommend.

If you have your own transport (car or scooter), then the place is very convenient. It's 1.5-1.7 km to the beach. It's 5-7 minutes by car. There were no waves there in May. There is also a beach with airplanes. There are also various cafes nearby at budget prices (look at Google maps), 7-eleven, a pharmacy, an exchange office, ATMs, massage parlors. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to the old town in traffic jams. It's the same time to Central Phuket, Decatlon. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get to IKEA by car. It's also close to the airport. A taxi from the bungalow to the airport costs about ~ 200 baht (via Bolt, inDrive apps). A very budget price for living in a bungalow. Comfortable living with a small child, because It's quiet outside in the courtyard, the child has a place to walk and wander around (though once the local dog barked at the child. Other times it lay quietly and didn't react to the child walking nearby. But you should be on your guard).

We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean, there is a kettle and a fridge. The air conditioning is good. It is quiet and cozy in the evening. It is a five-minute walk to the Seven, 20 minutes to the beach, and 15 minutes to the night market. It is a 20-25-minute walk from the airport. We will be happy to come back here.

I liked everything, convenient location, no cockroaches, and all sorts of wonders, if you sit on the veranda a couple of mosquitoes will bite you and that's it)
