Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas - SHA Extra Plus

Stayed here for 2 nights.. close to the airport but surprisingly not noisy. Staff were really friendly and their service was 10/10.. Pool was amazing and very clean.
The only problem would be the cleanliness of the bathroom, it needed a good deep clean. Breakfast was only okay.. Would of given 5 stars otherwise ☺️

If i can give 10 star. I will. This resort is the best ever in terms of customer service. They even have an application that we can use to order room cleaning, nanny etc. i will definitely stay here again if got chance

My wife & I stayed here with our 8 month old baby between 30/11 - 10-12 in the grand pool villa room (127) mainly (2 nights in a 2 bdrm apartment but will explain more later) which was very spacious and ample space for a baby’s cott. From the time we arrived we found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating to all our requests which included a baby bath & bottle sanitizer which unfortunately did not use as ours did not fit but non the less was provided for us when asked. The in room pool was fantastic & rooms were cleaned twice daily.

From reception to concierge, in room dining and groundskeepers everyone was super friendly & polite. Special mentions to Raymond & Aek who our 8 month old became really fond of as they always went out of their way to interact with her & put a smile on her face.

Breakfast was fresh & plentiful but I would avoid going post 9am as staff seemed to struggle with the increased traffic and we found at times not as many options availabl and the kitchen working in overdrive to keep up. With that said the variety of western & Thai offerings was more than enough for one get the day started.

We also stayed in the 2 bedroom suite / apartment /2308) due to our little one having a medical emergency and although very spacious it was not as new as the pool villas and in need of a facelift. Safe so say it had a kitchenette which helps when u have a baby but I much preferred to villa for the serenity & tranquility it offered.

Although Dewa promotes a babysitting service (at a cost) unfortunately this was something that they could not provide, although the kids room is great if u have a child above 3 years old which we did utilize in with our little one for her to play & a little change in scenery.

The location of Dewa was opposite the Nai Yang beach was clean and utilized by us and many others for a swim and although the location is close to the airport you would not know.

Nai Yang may not have as many eateries as other places however within 5-10 minutes walk there is ample local & international cuisine to cater for varying taste buds.

In closing we can not thank all the staff at Dewa enough for taking great care of our family especially when we needed advice & support in taking her to the hospital. Staff comforted her & looked after her while we navigated insurance companies, transport bookings and everything else one must do when stressed.

The resort gets 5 stars from us as it offers everything for families & couples and most of all the service & people are what make this place. We hope to come back when she is older & hope to see Raymond & Aek still providing great service to all who visit Dewa.

The crew is fantastic and the villas are great we had a pool villa and it was simply perfect!! The resort location is really good and the buffet is top 5!!!

Great location within walking distance to everywhere with a hint of luxury. Staff was very good but be careful to double check airport transport reservations as things get misplaced. This is common throughout Asia even at 5 star hotels so rating did not change.

I stayed at Dewa during my Phuket sandbox experience. I really enjoyed the friendly staff who were always eager to help me. Nai Yang area and beach are a bit more quiet than other parts of the island like Kata but I really liked that aspect. The area has everything you need including a wide variety of restaurants, street food and a family mart all within walking distance. The housekeeping was quite good as well and the staff could always find the solution for what I needed. I will definitely stay at Dewa the next time I go to Phuket and use the airport.

Very nice and well maintained Hotel in a quiet and beautiful environment! The natural beach is located directly in front of the Hotel and has numerous options for good Thai food.

Nice hotel but the pool villas feel like a downgrade rather than an upgrade. The outside toilet has tons of insects, would have been better to have this inside or at least block the gap under the door the prevent insects from getting in. Show is also outside and is in public view of anyone who comes in the main gate. TIP: If offered an upgrade, don't take it, go with the junior suite instead. At least you can go the the toilet with having insects biting you.
