Excellent customer service; helpful, kind and generous.
Rooms are very clean and the daily cleaning service is fantastic. Great views onto the ‘forest’- looking scenery next to it.
The pool is clean and quiet.
Great location; a short walk from the beach, restaurants, 7/11. The peace and serenity is unlikely to last long, as there are numerous building expansions in the vicinity.. so go whilst it’s calm and while the views are nice!
- Breakfast lacks vegetarian/vegan options but the basics are all there; toast, fruit, cereal.
- The shower pressure is weak.
- Beds are on the softer side of typical Thai beds, but is still very firm.
- The aircon was very good but has a mildew smell to it

Almost perfect for a "near" beach hotel. Surrounded by 5-stars hotel n ambience, Kokotel is worthy of its value, location n access to superb restaurants, bars, convenient stores, massage/ spa and beach.
Within hotel, good cafe/ restaurant opens till 9.30pm. Love the simplicity of the facilities, how it keeps up with ESG...
Only thing to consider improving is the toilet. Please include more hangers for towel drying, change of clothes etc. No space for clothes hanging in toilet. Also in the room. No drawers or cabinets to keep private belongings. Luggage has to occupy the daybed/ sofa.

The hotel is very close to Naiyang Beach, just a 3-minute walk to the shore. There’s a local market and a supermarket nearby, making it very convenient to find food. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The receptionist, Lek, was friendly, cheerful, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. We were impressed with everything here.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great experience. Staff were at the front desk when we arrived relatively late at about 11pm. We had a ground floor room with a lap pool at the rear, with a sliding door access. Other than my partner, I didn't see anyone else swim in it. So it was as good as a private pool. However, I did swim in the rooftop pool for about 1 hour and I largely had that pool to myself. It's about 36m long and about 4-5m wide (estimates). So it ended up being great for a lap swimmer.
It was great they had a water dispenser on every floor. Plastic waste is a huge issue in Thailand - so these things help reduce that.

Really enjoyed our stay at Kokotel! The staff were super friendly. Big thanks to Lek and Green for taking such good care of us. Lek also told me about the Koko Friend membership and all the benefits, which was really helpful.
The hotel is so close to the airport, super convenient! We stayed in a pool access room, it was big, clean, private, and nice and quiet at night.
Also love that they have water dispensers on every floor so you can refill the glass bottle they provide — such a nice eco-friendly touch.

We really enjoyed the stay here. We had access to the rooftop pool and buffet breakfast during our stay. The pool was clean and the breaky was nice with enough options. The family room had a brilliant setup- Bunk beds and a double or two single bed formation. The service was really good, staff go above and beyond to help you and make things easier. Highly recommend.

Just completed our second stay at this hotel, and it remains highly recommended! The location is unbeatable – steps from the beach. Our room, while compact, was immaculately clean and surprisingly comfortable and cozy. The real highlight, however, is the stunning rooftop pool – perfect for relaxing. What truly makes this place stand out is the service: consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff was nice especially Sabai and James they were really helpful and great staff members which helped a lot throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the rooms as they were new nicely furnished and with a great view the pool is nice, but could use some work The cocktail and the bar was very nice and very great. The staff helped us to rather stay to get into the hotel and check in and check out I enjoy this hotel and recommend staying here if you are on a budget and looking to visit Phuket to his fullest.
