Stayed here on my first and last night of a two week trip due to its close proximity to the airport. We arrived late at night and were served by Sabai - an absolute legend! We had accidentally had issues with the third party booking site and our booking didn't show up. Sabai was so helpful and even added on the breakfast package for the morning. The rooms and food were amazing for such an affordable price, location was super convenient, and most importantly, the service was impeccable. When we returned on the night before our flight, we were greeted again by Sabai. She was so lovely and remembered us, giving us a room upgrade due to the hotel being quiet in the 'off-season'. We got to enjoy the pool-access room which was so relaxing in the humid weather. Will definitely be returning here next time I come back to Phuket. Big thanks to Sabai for all of her hard work - can't wait to come back!! :)

Chose Kokotel for a quick layover stay in Phuket. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for 3 people - two twin beds and a double bunk bed. They had a cute msg for us on the bed at we arrived:)
We reached at midnight so everything else was closed but the night manager was helpful with everything we needed after we ordered food via Grab.
Breakfast in the morning was a buffet breakfast and the food was good. The staff is cheerful and friendly!
P.S. loved that they are trying to follow some sustainable practices. A water cooler is installed and bottles kept in the room can be used to fill water. Loved that!

Greeted with a smile on arrival, room was nice and spacious,nice little sofa and balcony seats. Perfect location just behind the beach with plenty of restaurants, street food and tops and 711. Only downside was the dogs barking hysterically most of the night but that's not the hotels fauly

It's everything you want from your box standard hotel. Nice lighting makes it very cozy and a nice large TV!! Just needed to be a little further down the road where all the restaurants are, but not a big thing. Clean and modern.

Hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were quite clean. Breakfast was poor by Turkish standards but it was ok. There are no face towels in the room. You have to ask at reception. Although I included my five-years-old boy when booking, there were no bed linen or pillows for him in the room. When I asked, they said they could provide them for almost a third of the price of the stay.
