We really enjoyed the stay here. We had access to the rooftop pool and buffet breakfast during our stay. The pool was clean and the breaky was nice with enough options. The family room had a brilliant setup- Bunk beds and a double or two single bed formation. The service was really good, staff go above and beyond to help you and make things easier. Highly recommend.

Just completed our second stay at this hotel, and it remains highly recommended! The location is unbeatable – steps from the beach. Our room, while compact, was immaculately clean and surprisingly comfortable and cozy. The real highlight, however, is the stunning rooftop pool – perfect for relaxing. What truly makes this place stand out is the service: consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at Kokotel Phuket Nai Yang for one night after arriving in Phuket, and it was the ideal place to rest and recharge before continuing our trip!

The location couldn’t have been better—just 10 minutes from the airport, yet quiet and peaceful. After a long flight, we appreciated the quick and hassle-free transfer.

Though our stay was short, we were impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, who made check-in smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, clean, and stylish, with a super comfortable bed—exactly what we needed after traveling. The modern bathroom and great shower were a nice bonus!

For anyone needing a convenient, comfortable, and friendly airport hotel in Phuket, Kokotel Nai Yang is a fantastic choice.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff was nice especially Sabai and James they were really helpful and great staff members which helped a lot throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the rooms as they were new nicely furnished and with a great view the pool is nice, but could use some work The cocktail and the bar was very nice and very great. The staff helped us to rather stay to get into the hotel and check in and check out I enjoy this hotel and recommend staying here if you are on a budget and looking to visit Phuket to his fullest.

A lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff.. The room was really nice. We booked a double deluxe pool access room which was great but note that this hotel prohibits smoking everywhere (including your own balcony!) except in the small carpark at the front and carries a 5000 baht fine. Drinks were also expensive, we paid around £8 for a small can of beer and a vodka with orange juice. Nice hotel if you're a non smoker

Easy checkin process with clear explanation to this gem with a 36m long hotel pool. Room was clean and neat, specially liked the water dispenser on the floor to reduce plastic waste. Can see the ocean from the pool which is very enjoyable especially during sunset. 🌅

Nice welcome. Modern hotel near the beach. Room as described - bunk beds plus twin. Close to airport. BUT pool was grim. Filters are t working. Was green. Had to ask kids to get out and shower off. Shame as I booked to use the pool on our last day of holiday.

Had an amazing stay at Kokotel. Highly recommend the hotel if you want a quiet beach experience. The location is very close, walking distance to Nai Yang Beach. The rooftop pool is an added bonus to cool off on hot days. They were happy to hold my luggage for me after checkout. Bubu at front desk was very helpful in planning my stay. Included breakfast made my mornings really easy. Very close to the airport, less than 10 minute drive.
