Cons:
◦ huge cockroaches in the room (we exterminated them ourselves)
◦ in the evenings there are a lot of bees in the hotel corridor, and they also fly into the room through a large gap in the toilet window (there should be a mosquito net on the gap, but there wasn't one)
◦ the TV doesn't work
◦ the kettle doesn't work
◦ the door to the balcony doesn't close, and if you consider that you can enter the balcony from the hotel corridor, then you can say that the room has never been closed
◦ cleaning only on request, but there is no card about the need for cleaning in the room, we had to look for cleaners
◦ they responded to complaints only about bees - they brought mosquito spray. That's all. They didn't respond to the rest.
Pros
the staff is friendly, pleasant
although, as we understood, beach towels were not provided, they gave towels from those in the hotel rooms
at our request, we received a parcel from the courier, thank you!
location is not bad, close to the sea
Observations
- the establishment opposite the hotel is very expensive
- you have to look for breakfast, the establishments do not work early.
- massages on the 1st floor work by appointment, you need to take this into account.
It's drawback is there is not much to do and the beach area is small and swimming isn't allowed. It's beautiful and the apartment rents scooters to ride around at a somewhat reasonable rate.
It does have some good restaurants and, as stated, beautiful tropical views. However, the whole area doesn't get started till late in the morning and shuts down early.
Overall good place to stay if you want to be a little more secluded and away from patong and the night life.
