Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home. The surroundings were breathtaking, the food was exquisite, and the massages were heavenly. We stayed for six nights over New Year’s Eve and didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel except for serene walks on the beautiful beach. The restaurants were sensational, offering a culinary experience that was second to none. We will definitely be back! This place has truly become our little slice of paradise.

Great hotel with nice sea view, staff was super and the breakfast is wonderful.

The hotel is big and you need the hotel shuttle to go back on your room. Depends on where your room is.

You can go for a walk and relax in the hotel itself. This has 2 pools one for all and another one no kids are allowed.

It also near by from the naithon beach with the beach access from the hotel.

The hotel is a bit old already and need a bit some refresh but overall it is a great hotel to be!

The stay was outstanding with great view and room.

There is a nearby small town where you’ll find restaurants and local shops.

Not to mention the great beach which is few steps down the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was something else and to die for. Variety of foods and drinks, including pastries which are the best part.

Overall highly recommended for families, friends or couples to stay here.

Positives
1. The hotel location is lovely with convenient access to the public beach which is clean and child friendly.
2. The breakfast offers a great choice of food and service was very good for hot drinks and choice of eggs / noodle dishes.

3. The NYE party was great with nice atmosphere.

Negatives

1. As many reviewers have commented, the pool condition isn't great. There are so many loses tiles in the pool including sharp pieces. You can see kids collecting the loose tiles from the bottom as a game - not great !! There's many reviews on this particular issue going back over many months.

2. Our room had so many bright lights that were annoying at night. The AC control panel and the light switches all had lights bright enough to light up the room. We ended up using a towel to cover them up !

3. The hotel has two restaurants. The main buffet restaurant is available for a choice of Thai food. Expensive and the quality isn't great compared to what you get outside the hotel.

4. The Italian restaurant works on a reservation system. Without reserving a table, you won't get a table unless it's very quiet. When we arrived the first night, we were turned away when it appeared most tables were empty. We then made a booking for a few nights later. We spoke to the manager to explain that we have seen many frustrated customers with the same issue being turned away but he politely explained the issue they face if they don't allow table bookings. They should retain some tables for walk ins as it's hard with young kids to plan each meal.

5. An hour after finishing breakfast we were sat near the pool and our little girl had just half eaten a muffin when we were told we shouldn't take food from breakfast to eat outside!

6. The staff seem distant and not as welcoming as we have received in Bali / Maldives.

The hotel has good points but we wouldn't choose to stay again unfortunately.

This is our 5th stay here, the first was 9 years ago when my son was a baby. We've not been disappointed once!
Fantastic location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, bright, comfortable and clean room and fantastic breakfast!
It's a shame for us that the Float pool is now adults only as we've used it many times before with our son but it's obviously a massive perk to have a quiet pool if you are not traveling with kids.
My only complaint would be the gym is too shiny! Everything is polished rather than cleaned so it's very difficult to get a decent grip on the weights and the treadmill was a bit scary for sprinting!

I’ve travelled around the world and this place is very close to my heart! It is an absolute 5 star experience, with amazing staff, views, Decor and overall experience.

In this Hotel you can create memories for a life time. My wife and I are travelling here from England, we originally booked for 3 nights but extended for the full week as love the place.

The food is amazing, you feel safe, you are always looks after and the team are special.

We are grateful to have stayed here and met so many kind souls that love what they do. Emmy at the front desk was amazing, welcoming and kind. She really helped us connect with the place. We spoke to Sin that helps you with taxi and getting around and she became like family going the extra mile.

The breakfast is the best in the world! The whole place is full of love and we are grateful to have stayed here! Highly recommend ❤️

An Unforgettable Stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia – Exceptional Service and Beautiful Surroundings

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Phuket Arcadia to celebrate our anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. We booked a private pool villa, and they provided us with Villa One, which was the most private and perfect choice for us. The view from our villa was breathtaking, offering a stunning 180-degree panorama of the Andaman Sea. The private pool was spacious, and the serenity of the surroundings made it the ideal retreat for relaxation.

A special mention to SYN, a staff member who delivered impeccable service throughout our stay. She was attentive, thoughtful, and ensured every aspect of our visit was flawless. The warmth and professionalism she extended made us feel right at home.

Additionally, we were thrilled by the beautiful room decoration for our anniversary, done by Dada. Her attention to detail and creativity truly elevated the experience, making the celebration feel extra special. The romantic touches she added were beyond our expectations!

Overall, the entire team at Pullman Phuket Arcadia was amazing. Every staff member was courteous, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their dedication to service is truly commendable, and we felt pampered from start to finish.

This place is pure paradise! Close to the airport but surrounded by nature, it's peaceful and relaxing. The staff were fantastic—super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, especially breakfast. The views were stunning, with the sound of the waves adding to the calm. Loved the efficient service with walkie-talkies and the cool car-style golf carts for the hills. My only regret? Having to leave!

As we reached the resort at the top of the hill, I knew it was going to be great. We were greeted immediately getting out of the car. Our luggage was taken. At check-in, we received beet juice, which was delicious. The lobby is stunning and completely open with the view of the sea. Our room was absolutely beautiful with the patio facing the ocean. The restaurants at the resort were all delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The breakfast was out of this world with the amount of options. There’s beach access from the resort. Along the beach, there are near by shops and street food. Although it’s a distance from the center of Phuket, it’s worth staying and the views are exceptional. Everyone working at this resort was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend this resort for solo trips, couples, and families. The resort suits all needs.

Great 5* hotel in a nice location near to the beach. The hotel is on a hill and the entrance to the hotel and rooms is hilly but there are regular buggy services to take guest from their rooms to reception and the restaurant. The infinity pool overlooks the beach, which gives a great view.
The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean. The 24-hour room service is a great touch, and I found the customer service to be very good. The food served at the restaurants is very tasty and delicious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choices for the western and Asia taste.
