Sorry to be blunt in my opinion but this hotel is fairly outdated, it's showing signs of it's age and needs some TLC.
It is very clean and comfortable and staff are awesome
In my room there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the water sat on the floor opposite the drain.
Sometimes I wish staff or management stayed in the rooms to see what the customer can see and experience.
Everything works as it should and yes I would stay again.
Worst thing for me was the shower in the bath.
It is very clean and comfortable and staff are awesome

Good Hotel for the price. It's a little outdated on the inside, but it was clean and the beds are big and comfortable. Very big hotel with a nice lobby and great hotel bar!

Big hotel well placed. Can get busy and fully booked at times, rooms big with big beds, food good, buffet breakfast is very good but it has limited options for foreigners but plenty of good quality Asian food, staff very helpful. Good large swimming pool and fitness room, large car parking area. A quality grand older styled hotel, rooms can appear to be dark not bright and fresh.

The hotel was old but the service wasn't bad. Shower need to upgrade indeed. Other than that everything is good in condition

The hotel is big with all facilities. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel. Located on the main road, very convenient. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean.

Busy hotel that has seen much better days. Everything worked although had seem much better days.
Lunch was disappointing and the breakfast buffet was one of the worst. Cold fried eggs and cold rice.
The pool was OK but lacked much shade.
Definitely not a five star. Not sure what other options are around but I would go somewhere else.

The breakfast was good. The service is also good. The location is very convenient.

This was my 1st time staying in this magnificent hotel. All of the staff where friendly and helpful. From the Grand Lobby to the very well maintained elevators, everything was clean and looked great. The room was very nice. Lots of space even with a king size bed 2 nice chairs and table. The water pressure was strong with plenty of hot water. The AC was cold and the blankets were thick enough to keep one warm. I stayed here two nights and I will be back to stay again.

I was there only for breakfast, inside a nice hotel, only the restaurant was to cold, much to cold.
