Given the hotel's location and location, the first thing I noticed when I arrived was the receptionist. She had absolutely no service mind. Upon arrival, she didn't even look at me or ask any questions. I had to ask her myself, "Excuse me, is there a room available?" She didn't answer or look at me. When I asked again, she had a sullen expression on her face. I asked her if she was busy, and she replied, "Yes, we are," even though there were no other guests. I was the only one standing at the counter. This meant I couldn't book directly with the hotel, as the staff didn't provide any information. I had to book through Trip.com instead. I then submitted my booking confirmation to the same staff member again. She then checked my booking in the system, offered no guidance, or asked any questions, and, as usual, she didn't even look at me. I was extremely disappointed. Receptionists are the first point of contact for customers, and this left me feeling very disappointed. There are many reviews with similar complaints. The hotel should consider the service of their receptionists.
Free parking. We were able to leave our car there for a few days for a parking fee of €4 per day.
