The cudimer service is good. And the roms are clean and with appliances. And free breakfast 😁

The accommodation is clean and quiet. I slept well. In the morning, there was fried dough sticks and coffee.

The receptionists were unable to speak English so translator app is required. They pointed me to a wrong way when I asked them for food recommendations and I had walked for nearly 1.5km to a very local area. I was asking him for help to get around in the town and the bat viewing point but he wasn’t able to understand and no help was offered. I appreciate the authenticity of this place but think to a certain extent hotels that are expecting tourists should know simple English and offer some assistance to foreigners. Else the town is deadly and no need to have many hotels.

Very comfortable overnight stay. It has a balcony with a lot of daylight coming in. The only downside is that you can't pay by card in this hotel.

The room is spacious, has a refrigerator, air conditioner, hot water kettle, dressing table, TV, and an outside sink. Downstairs, walk a bit and there is a restaurant and a dessert shop.

The room is clean, quiet, and the lobby has snacks and drinking water for sale. Food is easy to find, travel is convenient, employees speak politely, and service is good.

Location is about 1km away from the railway station. Not too far away but there's a few hotels which are nearer. Check in and out was fast. I didn't see anything written about asking for deposit on the website. It just happened that was my last 2 nights in Ratchaburi and most of my Thai baht were finishing soon. Cleanliness was good. It will be better if the room was given instant coffee. The worst I should say about the stay was the wifi. Overall for the price I paid, it was still worthwhile. Clean room and peaceful environment to rest.
