Booking for double bed room , i got single bedroom. So old + have a musty smell, the bed sheet + pillow cover as a stain like blood stain 🥹

This experience of staying in this hotel is really great! First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel is impressive. Both the public areas and the rooms are spotlessly clean, making people feel safe and comfortable staying there. The room is unexpectedly spacious and well planned, giving people no sense of oppression and allowing them to move and relax freely. Considering all these advantages and the actual cost, I really think this hotel is very cost-effective and the quality it provides far exceeds my expectations. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. If I have the opportunity to come here next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

It’s in a good location but the room is a little dirty. My husband and I tripped due to flooring level in front of the bathroom and entering the bathroom. Descent breakfast is provided.

Quality, price is reasonable
The hotel is quite old but well maintained. The room is clean, spacious, strong water, and the air conditioner is cool.
Breakfast is good compared to the room price. Pumpkin chicken curry is delicious!

This hotel was pretty nice, and I was fixin’ to give it 5 stars, but a few things just missed the mark.
The room was plenty big and real clean, had a nice hot shower, and outlets by the bed, which was mighty convenient. But breakfast? Well, it was more suited for Thai tastes than us out-of-towners—not even a spot of tea to be found.
The place itself has a unique vibe—kinda old and grand. When we first pulled up, it almost looked like a Thai school.
All in all, though, it’s a solid spot to stay, and there’s a big cool supermarket right next to the “resort”, which is pretty handy.

Very grand hotel, room spacious and clean. A small problem is many mosquitoes in the surrounding compound and carpark at night. Very quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is OK, the room facilities are relatively few, there is central air conditioning, the location is not bad, close to the city center, convenient for travel. There is breakfast in the morning, it is a buffet, and the taste is good.

'Golden Dragon Resort' is an older style but perfectly acceptable hotel north of Bangkok, that can provide a good stopover if you're heading in or out of the capital.
Rooms are large and comfortable, offering everything you need. Included is a typical hotel breakfast with Western and Thai options. Very reasonably priced at B800 to 1,000.
