Benjamin's Hut Hotel

Great value and a relaxing stay
Stayed at Benjamin’s Hut for a few nights and it was perfect for the price. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and had a nice little balcony with a hammock to unwind in. The pool was a great bonus, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

The property was beautifully landscaped with lots of greenery. Our room was simple but clean and perfectly adequate for our stay. A big plus: the air conditioning was quiet and didn’t disturb our sleep. The internet connection worked flawlessly and the small outdoor kitchen was really convenient.

The bathroom was a bit dated with visible mold and dirt in the tile joints – a renovation would definitely be necessary soon.

There were sun loungers at the hotel and easy access to the beach – though the beach was really only usable during high tide. This is very important to know(!): Depending on the season and tides, the sea isn’t always right in front of the property, as shown in some pictures. In our case (early June), the water was about 300 meters away in the afternoon and only reached the shore late at night during high tide. That meant the beach wasn’t suitable for swimming during the day. Of course, this isn’t the fault of the hotel, but it’s something worth checking before booking.

The hotel’s own restaurant was a pleasant surprise: the food was tasty, the prices were fair – a great option for when you don’t feel like going out.

With a motorbike, you can reach plenty of restaurants, shops and other beaches within just a few minutes. All in all, a peaceful accommodation in a lovely location – ideal as a quiet base for exploring the area.

amazing amazing amazing place i loved it so so much!!!! the staff were so so lovely, kind and helpful, and the place itself it incredibly peaceful and beautiful, you feel entirely immersed in nature and there is a very cute koi fish pond and adorable cats as well. My room was perfect for me as a solo traveller just needing some relaxation, it had a hammock on a lovely balcony looking out onto jungle like trees, the bathroom and bedroom were clean and perfect, they even provide a few snacks which was so great. The restaurant at the hotel is beautiful right on the beach and has the most amazing food at great prices and they even serve to the pool which is very fancy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect! From now on, this will be our go-to place every time we’re in Koh Phangan. The beach is stunning, the food was amazing, and we truly fell in love with the staff — so warm and welcoming. Everything was super easy, including the motorbike rental — no stress at all.

Thank you for the wonderful stay — we’re already looking forward to next time!

This place absolutely exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, every single meal was a treat. The scooter rental was super easy and the scooters were in perfect condition no hassle at all. The entire hotel was spotless and left nothing to be desired. Plus, the location is unbeatable right on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach that made every moment feel like paradise.
We were genuinely sad to leave and already know that this will be the hotel for us from now on.

Room is very nice and clean. The staff is very kind, especially the bar staff were great! The room has poor soundproofing.

The team in Benjamin's Hut is the best, people are so friendly, the rooms are nice and have everything you need and the locations is just incredible!
