Phangan Cove Beach Resort

Im not an expert at service but I do know with my experience from visiting hundreds of places, that decency and consistency is a key attribute.

The service is absolutely horrible, the food mid and the toilet extremely dirty.

You’d think as a popular place, that most likely makes a lot of revenue, that the managers/owner would want to keep their restaurant clean and consistent.

We waited for 1 hour for our food to come, the staff are illiterate and very difficult to speak with.

Im not one to bash on things but this has got to be one of my most horrible experiences on the island.

I’ve never written a review anywhere but I felt obligated to waste my time and/or warn people about this.

They should post a wait time of “1 hour”.

Hire more staff if it’s too busy, or more chefs.
And maybe open an English school on the island, as 95% of residents here are expats.

this is the worst place to stay.
I have never seen such a dirty place. I asked to clean my room, but they told me “if you are not happy here, move out” after I complained again they came and told me to check out now.
