Seetanu Bungalows

Great location on the beach, the positioning of the bungalows is really nice, but the price is way too high for what you get.
Thankfully my bungalow wasn’t as bad as I see in other reviews, but the brown walls, dark brown curtains and cheap furniture didn’t contribute to a happy stay.

The staff could be a lot more friendly and welcoming. They were too cold.

Overal, not a very good vibe and I’m so glad I found another bungalow on the same beach for almost half the price!

Where to start? The “bungalow” was infested with multiple bugs, from mosquitoes who made a pool out of the leaking shower pipe to the spider who built a nest above the bed and proudly had webs all around the room.
The large gap between the door and the ceiling guarantees all crawlers will greet you in the middle of the night, including the cockroaches I found under the bed.
Speaking of the bed, and towels, blood and other unidentifiable stains were EVERYWHERE.
The hole behind the toilet and its state of filth is extra fun for those looking for a quick trip to the hospital, and if you hate privacy, absolutely book this place as the so-called curtains will let anyone look into your room at any point of the day.
The tip of the iceberg was when they offered a 10% refund for the stay I never had. I checked in and right out, despite having a 3-day reservation here. This is more than Booking did - which is absolutely nothing. So really, great service all around.
So in short, if you value hygiene, privacy, average+ service and your money, I would stay away.

Not great value for money. Although the location is good I felt that I was grossly overcharged for my bungelow. There was no fridge or kettle, and additional fee was charged to use the aircom. Thailand offers much better hotels for similar prices and less.

The young man Shine was outstanding customer service. He was tireless when he took care of all guest needs. The other guy at the front desk a little heavier set had a more slovenly attitude and was not so quick to help a guest fulfill their needs.

Terrible place. Poorly maintained and dangerous.

I suffered a severe injury due to the staff's recklessness, and the Belgian owner didn't even apologise.

Stray dogs run free on the property, and I met guests who were bitten and needed an urgent rabies shot.
