Not a good experience. March 25/26, 2022

First issue - we booked the regular rate 880 baht a week directly with the hotel, ahead and they asked for us to pay in advance. Which we did - no breakfast.

Then we see it listed numerous places at 550-650 baht with breakfast. They refuse to adjust the price they were charging, refused to offer breakfast. We have travelled 6 months in Thailand and never had that type of service.

Yes we should have checked out the other platforms first on their price but when a hotel charges the regular rate in advance and won’t offer cancellation or adjust the price - very poor business practice.

Cleanliness - poor
On arriving to the hotel - first impression is it’s not well kept and needs a thorough cleaning of the public spaces. Room was clean but common areas, stairwells etc not clean and black and moldy looking.

Wifi - extremely poor, unusable.
Wifi was running at 1mb per second when it should be 30-50mb per second. The speed was so slow it only does email, impossible for video.

Bar fridge is actually a wine cooler fridge which is meant to keep temperature for white wine, which is a not cold. They don’t seem to understand the difference between a wine cooler fridge and a bar fridge. Everything put in the fridge, does not get cold, and the wine cooler shuts off when you take the room key with you, which makes it practically useless.

Room security safe - batteries dead and wouldn’t work.

Clean and good price. But the facilities are quite old and not in good condition.

The chair was broken down when my mom sat on it and fell on the floor. Fortunately she was not injured.

Only sincere apologies from the staff have been made.
