This is considered as the leading, best, number one, reputable, most luxury and presentable 4.5 stars hotel in Trang city. The room is cozy, clean and comfortable. The hotel provided the good quality of shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast should have more variety, example Chinese din sum, western baked bean, potato, bacon and croissant, and the coffee is no good, should invest in good brew coffee machine. The large Robinson shopping mall is just 500 meter away from hotel and lots of local food stalls are available in front of the hotel. Anyway, recommend to stay here as the number one choice in Trang

Best hotel in Trang. Right at city center. Close to everything. Love the welcome drink and service. Will definitely stay here again for my future trips

The hotel is quite nice, the room as well. I would expect the staff to offer a better (more customer friendly) service. Their English is really weak. Especially disappointing was the staff in the restaurant whom I had to repeat everything twice or even three times before she would finally give up and ask my wife in Thai. I think in general the staff are helpful, just would definitely deserve a training in English language. I have found this to be uber absurd.

Best hotel in Trang. Food is delicious. Chill Out relaxing. Spa sauna complete. Let’s Relax in site. Clean and inviting swimming pool. Must try their signature fried banana, deep fried dough. Recommended!

Rooms were spacious and clean . One star off because we found a cockroach during our stay. Service was friendly but we waited 25 minutes for our drinks at the bar when we were the only ones there. There was also confusion over which drinking water was complimentary. Check in staff told us there was complimentary drinking water in the room and check out staff told us that only the glass bottles of water and not the plastic bottles in the fridge were complimentary so make sure you find out which one is free for your stay or just bring your own drinking water instead of getting a surprise bill at check out . Location is good and close to Trang town. Breakfast was nice too. Swimming pool was fun but I wish the pool bar was open for our stay. Overall, thank you for a nice stay Rua Rasada. I think for future stays you should provide free drinking water as part of the package to ensure your guests are looked after !

Have many function areas provided, specifically Pier 88 bar and restaurant. Raw mango juice is so yummy

Totally revamped since I stayed 4 years ago. Now a very pleasant bustling hotel with friendly staff & good restaurant. Rooms are very nice, clean & well equipped. Needless to say the price is higher.

This hotel has become pretty tired. Pretty much all over it need upgrading. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is a 4.

I have booked this hotel several times. I was very satisfied every time. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. There is a delicious and extensive breakfast. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. Very easy parking and a good location of the hotel. The value for money is very good. The operation of the room safe is unusually complicated. But that's just a small thing. That's why I still recommend this hotel unreservedly.
