This complete lack of basic customer service and empathy is unacceptable. The staff's handling of the situation was not only unprofessional but also displayed a disregard for the well-being and safety of their guests, particularly a young child. It's disheartening to encounter such callous treatment, and we would caution any potential visitors to be wary of the front reception's lack of care and consideration for their guests' needs."
