Thumrin Thana Hotel

Our experience at the front reception of this hotel was extremely disappointing and troubling. Upon arrival, despite providing our valid order ID from Agoda, we were rudely chased out of the hotel. The front desk staff showed a shocking lack of empathy and understanding, especially considering that we had a young girl with us. Instead of taking the initiative to resolve the matter professionally, they refused to call the booking agent and instructed us to handle the issue on our own.

This complete lack of basic customer service and empathy is unacceptable. The staff's handling of the situation was not only unprofessional but also displayed a disregard for the well-being and safety of their guests, particularly a young child. It's disheartening to encounter such callous treatment, and we would caution any potential visitors to be wary of the front reception's lack of care and consideration for their guests' needs."
Strongly not recommend

No internet. It's difficult these days to recommend a hotel that doesn't have dependable internet. This hotel has tons of potential but the owners need to step up and invest in the details. The staff was great. There was no hot water for a shower when we woke up this morning. Strike two, what's next. Clearly not satisfied staying here and will go somewhere else next time.

Food is only one pleasant thing The front of the building is normally mezzy traffic, especially on weekdays. The outdoor restaurant, the pub are always too loud and with unacceptable vibration till too late each night. Break the rules.

Only the room size looks good but all the toilet item are very old and no hot water for the bathroom to bath. I don't recommend to stay here. Not worth paying the high prize. ??
