Apple Beachfront Resort

Definitely not going back. The hotel staff do nothing to keep it clean. The powder was green, the food was very, very little, and there was no buffet until the last day. Terrible value for money!

This place is a scam.

Watch out.

I understand some people like to give good reviews out of being polite, however this deceives other travelers that want to be informed .

Half of the rooms at their hotel are not adequate for sleeping.

If the room matters to you , booking here will ruin your vacation. There is a big gap between what is advertised and what you get.

The location is good . Many of The rooms are crap - the worst we've seen in kho Chang ;

big chance you will fall on one of these terrible rooms.

If you have a choice - stay away.

Location is great, I'm sure some rooms are nicer. Hot water didn't work, tv didn't work, a few lights didn't work. And bathroom shower drain was plugged. Good thing I only book rooms for 2 nights just in case. Moved to better and cheaper place

We've been here before several times. What happened to this place? 13 years ago it was the best place to stay on White Sand Beach.

But now? Althought we were in the low season, we paid 2800 baht voor the house on the beach. The house was ok. The stairs to the house was broken and very dangerous voor kids. And this was the only entrance to the house.

The breakfast was horrible. We ordered toast with eggs and bacon. We got cold eggs and bacon (like the put it in the microwave for a few seonds. The coffee was instant coffee.

The restaurant was closed, so. no idea how the food should be. But it was a big shame that we paid high season prices for half of the accomodation. We left after 2 nights. Search for a better much more luxurious place for the same price.

We had so many good memories, with this place. We liked the family, but the soul is gone. Luckily there are other wonderplaces to find in Koh Chang.

Our room is clean. The service is ok (mostly Cambodian workers). The location is great, front beach indeed. The place is a bit unorganize (stuff everywhere) I guessed they've just reopened after the Covid so there are work that needed to be done. The price on Agoda that we booked was reasonable.

The place is unfortunately whats advertised.

It's in dire need of an upgrade.

The pictures speaks for themselves. We cancelled and checked out as soon as we arrived.

The reception area looks like a takealot warehouse and the wooden deck around the pool has holes bigger than Kimberley hole.

Rooms are dirty.

I feel so sorry for the poor receptionists who doubles up as
cleaners. While staying at another establishment a few doors away, we couldn't help but notice that #AppleBeachfront is empty and somewhat deserted.

Word of advice, Google Streetmap the establishment.
